Sends different product than ordered
Sends different product than ordered. Then refuses return.
I ordered a black sweater, receive a blue sweater and contact Miinto. They tell me to wait for a reply and only after 16 days they ask me that now I can send it back. Then they tell me that return policy is 14 days so I cannot get my money back.

No support on warranty
Reply: If loosing colour is not a manufacturing defect, I don’t know what you would consider as one.
But yes, this replies shows exactly the lack of communication and understanding from Miinto. That’s how they play their game.

No real support, claim on warranty rejected due to “usage” too bad that the shoes were purchased the week before. For miinto, a sneaker loosing colour and staining the laces is “normal usage”.

I ordered a package I never got to pick up because i had to go on a holiday and hoped it would come before i left. It got returned to the storage in the middle of june. I never received any money. Last week i took contact to miinto and got told they would write the storage. Still havent heard anything today, so contacted miinto again. Today I was told That the package arent back at the storage yet eventhough I can see When i track the package it got delivered back at the reception, at the storage, the 13 june. Dont know how the “helper” at customer service cant see this When i can. Just terrible service and people saying different things. I even sent a print screen on the receipt That UPS delivered the package on the 13 june and she still wrote the package wasent back at the storage 😂. Wonder if I ever get our money back, I Think not When they cant agree on where my package is. One thing is sure I am never gonna buy anything from this page again and telling my friend not to buy from here.

Will not send correct item I ordered.
Ordering polarized sunglasses and when they arrived, they were the non polarized version. Customer service has offered that I return them for free, and a 20% code for future since they say it was an error on the website which honestly isn’t my problem. I’ve had to follow up with CS several times to try and get a reasonable solution. I want the correct sunglasses sent to me.
