Great service very easy and quick no messing about

Purchased a Nissan juke from Mike Brewer and the process was seamless……… The sales representative Ian Fletcher was very helpful and ensured my car was delivered to me in time.

We purchased a VW Transporter from Mike Brewer Motors in Sheffield. On arrival we were made most welcome, the vehicle was ready for a test drive. A overall great experiance, Pete was an informative sales person who made us feel welcome, comfortable and made the purchase of the vehicle a great experiance

I got a fair deal on my trade in. The whole process was very straightforward and I am delighted with my new car. Very pleasant staff.

I had narrowed my car search down to 3 cars at 3 different garages. The same make and same year. Mike Brewer Motors was the most competitive price and had the best reviews. After reading the reviews that's when I decided to purchase from them. I was not disappointed. I live along way from Sheffield so Peter sent a video of the car. I bought remotely which went very smoothly and when the car was brought to my home it was as described. I am very happy with my new car and would definitely recommend Mike Brewer Motors. The staff are friendly but not pushy and they keep in touch after the sale to make sure you have no problems or issues.

A special thanks to Peter Hyman based in Sheffield. We are local to Sheffield and popped in without an appointment at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. Unbeknown to us didn’t realise we needed to book an appointment. Pete was very accommodating and extremely friendly. We initially just popped in to have a browse at a vehicle which we had seen online. We ended up leaving late on that Friday afternoon reserving a vehicle. Pete was happy to stay on and work over past his working hours. During the coming days Pete was regularly in contact and talked us through the whole process. We are very happy with our new Kia Sportage. The whole process from start to finish was easy going. No pressure to buy and haggle free. The initial display price was cheaper than those seen elsewhere. So overall very happy with Mike Brewers pricing and excellent customer service by Pete.

Purchased a Kia Proceed in Fusion Orange last week, all done remotely as I live in Hull.
Paid my £100 deposit to secure the car, it went through its checks and I visited the dealership a week later, checked over the car and completed the purchase.....all fuss free.
No hard sales, no add-ons being forced on you etc.
One suggestion......offer a customer collection service from the train station 😁👍

I don’t recommend it please avoid this dealer. I bought a car approx 10 months ago, I paid almost 37£k for it. I had to do the annual service and as always I choose to do it at Mercedes-Benz. I was in shock to find out that the car I bought almost as new was involved in a minor accident and I had to pay 1700£ for the headlight to be changed. Headlight that’s Been problematic since the car was bought and approx 2 weeks after the car was sold they’ve been notice about it. As I’m in London is impossible for me to go in Sheffield. Now I contacted them and of course they told me they didn’t know about anything that the car was involved in something like this and actually they believe the MercedesBenz just want to try to make some money from me overcharging. Is not the first car that I’m going there for the service and always their services was outstanding. Even they show me that the colour of the right wing is slightly different the colour and they call it as paint imperfections. I send all the invoices from Mercedes and what the professionals there find about the car and still they are telling me that the professionals are wrong and for sure they are trying to rip me off. They offered me an alternative to send the car in Sheffield providing me with another one until the issue is fixed. I explained to them that is not possible for me to go there and also nobody else can drive the car except me. For security reasons the car was installed with an device that you can’t turn on the engine without introducing a code. For the other car I have nowhere where to park it because I am paying for parking. I payed already for all year for parking and to pay for the other car means I need to register as I am resident and so on. After they offered me 500£ as a good will, that is a joke when the headlight would cost me 1700£ as the Mercedes told me. I have no problem if you want to see the car, come in London and you can check the car no worries. I bought a car that was advertised as perfect without any issues and now I find out this. It’s very frustrating and unpleasant to pay such amount of money for a car which should be almost as new. You say the car pass all your verification and your specialists didn’t notice anything, maybe your specialists are not to be trusted after all, how they could miss the paint on the wing different from the rest of the car? I am not a specialist in this area to realise the difference but once the manufacturer saw it they told me about the difference. How can the manufacturer to be wrong and your “specialist” not? If he was a specialist he would realise from the moment this arrived at your garage. I am calling every day at different hour to try to talk with their sales manager and every day they told me she is in a meeting and she will call me later which never happens.Now I know what you will respond to me and I tell you from now that I have the proof with all the emails and invoices.
Please avoid this dealer, the other reviews with 1 star they are genuine as it is mine. Avoid this company if you don’t want to regret later!!!!!

My first experience purchasing a car from Mike Brewer Sheffield from start to finish the salesman Peter was excellent he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I would certainly recommend this dealership. Thank you

Just watching one of your videos Mike & realised I never actually posted a review on a car I purchased in Sheffield from you in Aug 2023. A stunning Mercedes A250 Amg Line Auto Red: A car I always wanted, It looks beautiful & drives magnificently. I’m still absolutely delighted with it. The trip by train from Edinburgh was well worth it, especially the drive home. Even got a signed photo of you Mike. Thank you all for the great service and keeping the car for me with the deposit. Looked even better up close than the pics & video you sent. Many thanks again

Filled out their pathetic valuation form on my Mini ,they offered less than £1100 !!!!

As its above excellent low mileage condition and valued at circa £2500 then they know where they can shove their insulting offer.. !!!!!

Such a TERRIBLE Company, I enquired about a car and asked via chat if this is the Mike Brewer off TV Wheeler Dealers, and not a scam using that name.
It was BOT called Abigail who just kept asking what car I wanted to buy.
OBVIOUSLY it is a scam

I bought a lovely Kia from them 2 years ago. High quality. Loved the relaxed way they assist the purchase. Very professional company. So this week I travelled about 70 miles. Bought a new model Kia Xceed ST Line. Nothings changed. Extremely accommodating. High standards slight hiccup trading my Kia back to them as a warranty issue needed fixing. They understood accommodated and reassured me

I have nothing but high praise for both Jamie as the sales manager and Ian as the salesman I would look no further than Mike Brewer motors They really are in my opinion a cut above anything I’ve ever seen and I say that as I work in the vehicle logistics world. I would highly recommend Mike Brewer Motors a reliable, trustworthy, efficient and easy to deal with very good prices. In short excellent.

It is in no way their fault, but it was rather unfortunate that the car I purchased appeared to have had Travel Assist features of which I was totally unaware, so it self corrected lane position, gave numerous warnings on near obstacles, incline on path etc with displays, beeps and messages on the dashboard. This is rather unnerving when you dont realise that feature and are used to the simplicity of non assisted cars in the past!

As I say, this is not a reflection of the service offered by Mike Brewers motors which could not be faulted.

Excellent service from Brandon Shaw at Mike Brewer Motors, we live in Northumberland and we dealt with everything on line, videos and phone calls where not a problem and nothing was any problem, love our Kia Sportage we purchased and it was presented to us looking like a brand new one, will recommend Mike Brewer Motors to all our friends and family, many thanks Phil and Andrea

This has got to be the WORST experience with a motor company I have ever had. Pete the sales man needs some training in customer service skills. Throwing your pen and paper across the table like child because my husband asked some simple questions. Told us this is taking to long normally he only deals with people for 10 minutes. Huffed and puffed the whole time. I was spending 33k on a car I think the questions we have were normal than fair.
Then we got told my PX car warranty was void once we asked why they had finance still on their car he has not got a clue!! May I add this had also been confirmed by KIA head office in email if you wish to see this the warranty is not void.
The car was damaged I has asked Pete if there was any damage before we came and he said no. The wheel was kerbed and damage to the door handle. This car also went via two other people who missed this damage. He then showed us another car where the drivers door did not line up.
When we requested our £100 refundable deposit back he had not processed this is took me to call up to action it with a nice lady called Julie who had to apologies for Pete. This was not done they say because they did not have all the correct card details one call would of been enough to sort but itt took me to chase. Quick enough to take money but not refund.

Stay clear as this Pete is only after his commission does not care about the customer stick to main dealer you get a better service

I have noticed this company also never apologise to any bad reviews only make excuses for the behaviour and lie in the feedback
