I bought a call from them after 10 months cars broken down and they direct me to Kia garage almost 5 months paying finance insurance rent in a car still, we don’t know what’s wrong with the car. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to buy car from direct go to main dealer and buy Because they don’t help when you got cars broke down Av71fdg it doesn’t help me when you reply to my review because almost 5 months now cars broken down pentagon Sheffield Kia garage. They said turbo issue after two months after three months pentagon Kia garage Huddersfield they saying head gasket something else. The problem is cars not being repaired in a five months time I’m paying the finance insurance tax Kia garage sold it car Michael Motor took the money finance company taking every month they finance but I don’t drive the car all I want from the garage. My Moto finance company when they’re gonna fix my car five months it’s not enough to fix car and they can tell me another five months another four months or they can fix my car in seven years time which is warrantees in seven years , so if they can’t answer the question, Motor needs to stop selling Kia Garaj cars. It doesn’t help their customers technically I’m a Meike Motor. Customer is gonna be probably another two months three months. I don’t know how long it’s gonna take to fix the car. I think they’re getting the problem the first they said turbo issue now they saying something else issue if the garage self garage if they can’t tell me what’s wrong with your car, nobody can tell me , what’s wrong with the car and not five days five months

Hi Merdan, We're sorry to hear you're still experiencing problems with the Kia Sorento you purchased from us in March 2023. When you approached us for help in March 2024 we liaised with your local Kia dealer to try and aid resolving the issue, which was deemed a turbo problem and warrantable after investigative work. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the time it takes for Kia parts to arrive and when the Kia dealer can schedule the repair work required. You subsequently chose to move the vehicle to another Kia dealer whilst the car was partially stripped down for repair, which we strongly advised against doing due to the increased amount of time this would add to your vehicle being repaired. The second Kia dealer then had to begin diagnostic and warranty claims again with Kia which resulted in a replacement turbo being fitted, unfortunately this did not resolve the fault and further investigations have identified a potential problem with the engine cylinder head which will be covered under warranty. We appreciate your frustration with the fault that has occurred with your vehicle, and we have tried to assist where we could – but we have no control over the warranty and repair process of Kia, which is the same regardless of who and where you buy your vehicle from. We have previously supplied additional information to you on email that may help with expediting the repair. Kind regards MBM

A very pleasant buying experience
A very pleasant buying experience from Mike Brewers Motors in Sheffield on 1st March 2024. Marcus was very helpful and friendly and couldn’t have done any more for us. Sales process went smoothly as they are completely different to other dealers. Audi A4 purchased (2023). Will definitely be using Mike Brewer for any future car purchases.

Worst customer service - Avoid
Your company has just lost the sale of a £32k car due to Ian Fletcher not being able to provide a decent level of service. Even after my mother got accepted for the finance agreement and gave him the authorisation for me to speak oh her behalf (I am the one paying for her cars monthly payments) he could not give me the monthly finance figure. Quick to take the customers money but not quick to provide a good service. I will never be buying a car from this place that's for sure.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we are disappointed to receive such a low score, but welcome the opportunity this provides us to respond to your comments. Your whole approach to purchasing a car from us raised significant concerns and suspicions regarding the finance application in connection with the purchase, to such an extent that we were more than happy to not supply you with a vehicle. We received a finance application from a female Company Director. The contact details provided were a phone number and email address belonging to you, you introduced yourself as her son. We explained clearly that we could only speak to the person who had applied for the finance - you then told us that your mother, a company director doesn't have a mobile or landline number! We found this extremely suspicious and we insisted that we could only speak to the applicant. On a later call, you passed the phone over to a female who was supposedly your mother, again this raised further concerns as the person sounded far younger than the 65 years that your mother's date of birth said she should be. This person then also confirmed she didn't have a mobile phone number or landline number, again all very suspicious behaviour. We then asked for an email address as finance paperwork could only be sent to the person applying for the finance, we were then put on hold for 58 seconds before we were provided with an email address - that's a long time, and another red flag started waving at us. We then told the female that we needed a mobile number as the finance company would need to send over a link to the phone that the applicant needed to respond to - we were then strangely offered a "work number", which we later found out is not connected to the person applying for the finance at all. In our opinion Ian did a sterling job in flagging his concerns to the management team here about his suspicions about this purchase. At one point you said the car was a surprise for your mother, yet your mother allegedly completed the finance application herself and allegedly spoke to us on the phone, so how could it be a surprise? As for your comment about being "quick to take the customers money" we didn't take a penny off you in any shape or form during our discussions. We have submitted our concerns and all relevant information regarding the finance proposal to our finance provider, who will now conduct their own additional security checks.

Bought a Volvo XC90 from Ian Fletcher at Mike Brewer Motors as an online transaction.
It was super smooth and efficient and the car was delivered to my door within a few days.
Really happy with the car too. After taking delivery, it drove us all around Ireland and Wales and it has seen almost every part of SW England too.

Its not a good selling system they have , the sales men are good talkers and did not enjoy at all. The cars where prity bad not ready for sale had scratchs all over and chips here there and every where was told not had long but its been on sale 4 weeks or more due to the internet selling sites.lies after lies came from his mouth and the car had no spare wheel on it and they come with them DOH,and there part ex if your having a bad day at home book in to view a car and get a part ex that will make you laugh so all in all wont be going there again . Sorry Mr Brewer your staff say you watch the reviews but wont be coming back ever again.

Dear Mr Wilkinson, It is disappointing that you have felt the need to leave us a 2 star review following your recent enquiry to us. I have looked into your enquiry with our sales team in detail as your comments are certainly concerning to us and are certainly not a true reflection of the service that we normally provide. You made 3 enquiries to us, the first being on the 4th August. During your initial enquiry on a Kia Sorento you believed that one of the cars we had advertised was sold, we explained this was not correct and sent you links to the 2 cars that we had for sale that day. We did ask you to make an appointment to view any of the cars as we operate from a large warehouse and we move cars that customers want to view to our viewing area. You then called back on the 7th August and spoke to a different sales advisor, not mentioning that you had already spoken with us just a few days before. Again you raised concerns about whether we had the cars for sale or not, and started to discuss a Hyundai Santa Fe with our sales advisor, who could see from the notes from your previous enquiry that you were in fact looking for a Kia Sorento, we again sent you the links to these vehicles on our website. We then called you back to ensure you had received the links and you confirmed these were the cars you were interested in. We explained that these vehicles had only just arrived into stock and had not yet been full prepared for delivery, you advised that you only wanted to view them and not drive them - you did mention that you thought the cars had been in stock a while, but we did point out that that was not the case and both cars had only arrived with us a few days earlier. The first car was a 19 plate Sorento which arrived into our stock on the 1st August, the 2nd vehicle was 69 plate Sorento which arrived into our stock on the 2nd August. There is absolutely no reason for us to lie about this, as the majority of vehicle advertising sites stipulate how long a vehicle has been in a dealers stock. It is worth pointing out that since the 1st July to end of the 1st week in August we have sold 11 Kia Sorento's. We did agree on one of the cars that it should have a spare wheel but would replace this in time for the vehicle to be delivered. Our initial offer for your part exchange was £14,750 - after further discussion we increased this to £15,000. You said this still was not enough and wanted us to give you £16,591 for it. We declined as we believed our value of £15,000 to be fair and inline with market values. At that point we mutually agreed to close your enquiry down as we would not be able to meet your valuation expectations. Given the comments made in your review, I have taken the opportunity to obtain prices from 3 independant online valuation sites on your vehicle to check that our valuation was fair. You will of course be able to go to these sites yourself and double check. As of today We Buy Any Car are offering £14,260, Arnold Clarke Group £14,356 and Cazoo £14,900. CAP Trade values gives a Clean valuation guide of £14,750 and Autotrader gives a trade price of £14,656. Based on the data available we still believe our offer of £15,000 for your vehicle to be fair and above market guide prices. I am sorry that we couldn't reach a mutually agreeable value for your car, but wish you well in finding a suitable vehicle.

Buying experience
The initial contact was fine. I then had a couple of queries for the salesman, and after a couple of phone calls and emails I still didn't get a response back. This I find not very customer focused. Therefore phoning me 2 weeks after delivery isn't good enough. I expected out of courtesy that my queries would have been answered when I sent them.

Great customer service from this team. I had put small deposit on car to hold it but my circumstances changed so could not go ahead. They were great to offer alternatives to try and help me and then to quickly refund my deposit. Better than 1st class service.
I first got in contact with MBM around 3 weeks ago as we were interested in a Merc a class a250, spoke to Chris who was very polite and professional and helped us to get the financial package that suited both parties.
We drove over to Sheffield from Nantwich to collect our new car yesterday (4th).
All paperwork etc done in 10 mins, car was waiting at front of building and looked absolutely fabulous.
Overall a 5 star experience and would 100% use MBM in the future.
Thanks again Chris ( Julie ( my wife) had a lovely drive home.
Only disappointment was that we think now we should have paid to get the gardx done after reading mist of reviews.😞
