Great service and excellent car. From my first request online to the return phone call from Colin to the pick up with Chris. 5 star service as i was coming from Scotland and everything was almost done over the phone and email. Great trade in price too. Also thanks to Gillian with the legal stuff.

3/ Received a brief walk-around video clip of car with an offer to view & test drive
4/ Informed them I'd like to p/ex my current car
5/ Arranged visit to view car & have a test drive
6/ They offered an excellent p/ex on my car, above the value given by Main Dealer
7/ Deal done!
8/ Simple hand-over process - car was fully cleaned & valeted.
At every stage of the process any questions I asked were answered promptly. I was never hassled or pushed into making a decision.

I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews. I recently bought a new KIA SPORTAGE and the experience was incredible. The sales team, including Jamie and Ian helped provide me a great price including everything I was looking for. They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. If you are shopping in the bay area, then I would strongly recommend you check them out. Even if they don't have the car on their lot, they will do everything they can to get it delivered for you. 5 STARS!!!! Highly recommended!

I didn't buy a car from MBM but I did look at some at his old showroom, I was treated very well, being given two cups of free coffee, I was shown around his showroom and his workshop full of specialist tools for Mercedes and BMW cars, if they had the car I wanted I would have bought from them, I wanted a Morris Minor but they did not have one in stock.

Open and honest people. The car we purchased (3 weeks ago) is excellent, very well presented, very smooth process and a great car.
We were confused by the wording on some of the paperwork as we were having home delivery and because a little concerned. We spoke to Chris and he explained they hadn't been able to update their documents for Covid-19 ad that the distance selling rules took precedence. We trusted their reputation and name and paid in full for a car we hadn't seen and took home delivery. Our trust was well placed, the car is excellent and everyone we work with (Ian, Chris, Gillian and David who delivered it) were great and helpful.
Never any attempt to sell me anything i wasn't interested in, i loved that in their approach. Whatever i asked about they were well prepared for and knowledgeable, information given was accurate.
I'd buy from them again without hesitation. And i loved the home delivery way to buy so long as you can trust the dealer, it was delightfully easy.

In the current difficult trading environment due to the covid restrictions, I found the service offered by MBM kept a good balance of personal touch & professionalism. I felt they answered all my questions with integrity and gave relevant support throughout the whole process.

From the moment I first got in contact this garage were amazingly helpful without being pushy and I ended up with a much better vehicle than the one I first looked at. The whole sale was done in a week, including the part exchange, and their overall service was second to none. Cannot recommend them high enough!

Great experience from start to finish. I must say I'm grateful for Ian's patience as I enquired about the car a month before I actually made my mind up to get it! Smooth sailing, Ian was great and super helpful, even after I'd got the car! Also, being able to request the date on which I wanted to get the car was brilliant as I would've been going the following week. The journey to Sheffield was definitely worth it with this standard of service!
