Great Experience
Found the car online, and with the national restrictions in place buying and test driving a car was going to be difficult. Test drives were not allowed and online viewing was the only way to see a car. Ian at the MBM Sheffield branch sent me a walk around video and assured me the car was as described. There was no hard sell, just an easy pleasant experience.
The car was moved from Sheffield to Dunstable to allow me a shorter journey for the pick up.
I was met at Dunstable at my alloyed time by Tony. The car was immaculate and as described. I was left to have a good look over the car and told any problems to give him a shout.
The Covid measures in place were reassuring, regarding cleanliness and distancing and the deal was done.
I’m very happy with the car and the whole process was simple and straightforward. I can only imagine that if I had been able to buy the car in the ‘normal’ manner then it would have been an even better experience.
I will definitely be considering MBM again when the time to replace the car comes around.

Excellent Value and Service
Really good service and help throughout the buying process from Colin at Sheffield. The car was delivered on time and in great condition by a very friendly and helpful driver. The price was very fair, there was no attempt to sell me unnecessary extras and I received a good price for my part-exchange car.
All this was done remotely so I would thoroughly recommend.

No Smarmy Salespeople Here
I confess to dreading the whole car buying experience due to the overly 'friendly' salespeople who just want to secure a sale. The whole 'better buy it now or else it'll be gone' patter is a pure turn off for me. This time however it was very much an ideal experience. No pushy salesman, or financial haggling which leaves one drained. Just an honest and polite man that let me test drive the car and make up my own mind in my own time. Why can't all car sales people and car buying experiences be like this?
