My experience with MiL Collections
MiL Collections pursued my company in court for a utility bill, even though we never occupied the property or had a contract with the supplier. I had explained this and provided documents years earlier, yet they still took the case to a hearing in August 2025. The judge noted they had no evidence to support their claim and gave them 90 days to produce some, otherwise the case will be dismissed. This caused unnecessary stress and cost. My advice: keep everything in writing, and don’t be intimidated.

MIL Collections Ltd had an issue with the accuracy of the information !!
I received an email claiming to collect an outstanding balance on behalf of Shell Energy. However, I have never been a customer of Shell Energy.
The email included specific details about billing and payment, which raises concerns about how my data was obtained. I believe this to be a fraud attempt and possible data breach.
I have taken steps to block the sender and report this incident here. I urge others to do the same and not respond or send any payments.
