So far it’s been a nightmare……..
So far it’s been a nightmare and still no furniture.
First the delivery was scheduled for Monday. I heard nothing so called Miliboo who told me that the delivery driver brought the wrong truck for the delivery. They would deliver on Tuesday, they said. Nothing on Tuesday, no phone call, no delivery. On Wednesday I called only to be told that the driver had called me on Tuesday - not true. Again I called Miliboo and asked them to sort it out. The delivery company, Heppner, called to say they would deliver Wednesday evening. I waited home - no delivery, no phone call. I called Miliboo on Thursday and they assured me that the Heppner driver would call - but again nothing. I asked for a refund so I could buy at another store and was then told I would then have to pay for Heppner to return the furniture to Miliboo. Unbelievably bad service by both Miliboo and Heppner plus Miliboo will not give me a contact tel number for Heppner local delivery.

A terrible shopping experience
The chairs were a nice mustard yellow, and they were comfortable, but the shopping experience was terrible. The first set of chairs was used and ruined, so we returned them. The second set of chairs was okay, but one of the chairs couldn't be assembled because the side planks were the wrong size. Miliboo's solution was to offer us a €40 refund or make us wait 3-4 weeks for a replacement.

I ordered and paid for a leather sofa…
I ordered and paid for a leather sofa on the 16/08/2023 and it was to be delivered on the 26/08/2023 - confirmed by Miliboo and it was not delivered as the Chez Nous said they had not received the the sofa from Miliboo. Terrible service considering you advertise a 24 /72 hours ....... Where is my sofa??

When you placed your order, the estimated delivery date was August 29. When you made an appointment with the carrier, he suggested an earlier date, delivery on August 26. The delivery smooth, bar stools elegant
The delivery was smooth, even before the date set. Bar stools packed very well, no damages, although the delivery person did not want us to open and check the content. Bar stools very easy to assemble, nice design, elegant - but not very comfortable (as it may seem on the picture). That is why 4* . Miliboo recommended

However, we are sorry that the bar stool is not to your liking. If you are not happy with the product you can return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
In the event of retraction, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, as is the case with most furniture brands. At Miliboo, however, return postage is free when you subscribe to the Serenity Pack (which you have to sign up for at the time of purchase). 😊
