Product looks different on the photo (much smaller than in reality).
They would not offer to cover the cost for return which means financially since the product is heavy it would be way too expensive.
Very bad customer service and experience.

In the event of retraction, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as is the case with most furniture brands. At Miliboo, however, return costs are free when you subscribe to the Serenity Pack (to be take at the time of purchase). 😊
As your parcel is not too heavy, we have suggested that you take care of the return procedure yourself, so that the cost of the return is reduced. Alternatively, you can ask Miliboo to take care of the return, in which case we will provide you with a quote (the cost of the return will be calculated on a case-by-case basis and deducted from your refund).

A BIG disappointment
Good afternoon,
The ordering on your website was a good experience BUT the actual delivery an 'absolute nightmare'.
I have ordered 'all in one shipment and you ended up sending my goods by three different agents.
All of them wanted to deliver in the morning. Thats impossible since 'normal' people like me have to work and can't stay at home to receive shipments on three different dates.
All of those agents were difficult to contact (only by email and never replied to me) and it was so difficult to find a workable solution.
I would not buy from you again since you left me with all my problems totally only.
It's a petty since I am going to renovate lots of property in France and need therefore a helpful supplier of furniture and great service.
But I believe all that does not matter to you and you don't care about a single customer...
Greetings from a 'very' disappointed client, that can not recommend you to my network of architect and designers.

Our customer service was very responsive and did everything necessary to meet your needs. However, as explained by email, the carrier requires the customer to be on the phone. You can contact 09 70 17 46 39, they do speak English.
