Missing an item from my order. Took so long to arrive I thought it was lost in transit, it just arrived today.

2 items ordered, with 1 arriving a few days later. No show on the other. No replies to numerous emails and their phone number is "not in use".
Scammed out of £20 and I see others have lost a lot more.

Paid for boots, few days later had email that it was shipped, a week later sent an email to enquire abour tracking/shipment then next day got reply that size wasn't available. Enquired about different size, no reply. Awful service. Avoid

I've ordered new 7 multicam trousers and 7combat shirts for my Ukrainian friends. I received trousers with loose stitches, some don't have a size lable, 2 of shirts were used before, other 5 are not the ones I've ordered and the sizes are wrong too. Looks like they'd sent a random stuff. They aslo stopped answering my emails when I said I want to return everything back and have a refund. And phone number does not exist.

Ordered these trousers and received a tracking confirmation but didn't receive the item. The phone number doesn't exist and the tracking link doesn't work so I can't even find out what's going on. Non-existent customer support. Not happy!

Never received my order and communication with the seller is rubbish.The phone number don’t it’s fake and they never answer my email.I lost 100£ and now I have to go through the complicated process with my bank to get money back.Avoid!!!!that my advice

Perhaps it was a postal strike? It took a whole week to arrive…in comparison to Military 1st (48 hours)
The cap is excellent as expected and would highly recommend.

Please read the other reviews and never give these people your money. Trust pilot should be ashamed for the rating it gives to this outfit.

No tracking, no answer to email phone number not recognised. Order did arrive today but the lack of communication is poor. Will put me off ordering again

Ordered a hat, paid for 24hr delivery, my item hasn't turned up a week later and they haven't responded to any email attempting to find out what's happened

They’re really good I love the pants I ordered and received them on time I highly recommend them

Good Prices and quick shipping. The package made it from England to Chicago faster than it made it through Chicago Customs.

Payment taken but no goods sent. No confirmation email, no tracking number, no email responses and not answering the phone. Several weeks down the line have raised the dispute/chargeback with the bank.

You sent the wrong sizes of trousers and won't answer your phone or respond to e-mails.

Ok so I ordered a pair of trousers and a canvas belt which after an email arrived a week later only to find trousers missing I’ve emailed again asking when I will receive the missing item and as yet waiting for a reply.
Communication is very poor and delivery service in my experience is quite slow.

High quality product which I am very pleased with.

Terrible company! Never received the goods, never replied to emails, and now their website is down for "maintenance". I'm looking into options for taking further action.
