I was recommended hair extensions for my wedding from Milk & Blush by my bridal hair stylist. I am sooooo pleased. I messaged them via Instagram yesterday with a photo of my hair. They came today and could not be a better colour match if they tried! Couldn't of done better! Thank you so much 🤍🤍

I ordered two colours of the invisible filler clip ins because my hair is 1/2 platinum & 1/2 black.

I gave only 4 stars because the "platinum" shade is not actually platinum. It is not nearly light enough to be considered platinum. My platinum hair is almost white. So I was anticipating the possibility of needing to tone out some yellow. However, it was at least two shades too dark. Because I was in a pinch and got these for an event. I didn't have time to sort this out with their customer service. I ended up just bleaching them twice. Which, if you have ever done this to extensions, you know it severely ruins their quality.
So if you need platinum, these extensions will not be the right colour.

All of that is unfortunate because their black hair was perfect. Super soft nice hair (as the -not platinum- blonde were too).

Over all, if I didn't need real platinum, I would consider another purchase.

I’ve used Milk & Blush a few times now and every time has been a great experience. I’ve used the hair colour match service which was spot on and the hair colour recommended was the perfect match. I’ve contacted customer service a couple of times too and each time they could not have been more helpful. It is the best customer service I have ever dealt with. The extensions are also very good quality and look great in my hair. I’ll continue to use Milk & Blush for my hair extensions and accessories.

Hey! So for the girlies out there that are scared to spend a decent amount of money on hair extensions, don’t be scared with milk and blush.

First of all the quality of the hair is amazing, thick and soft! You can use heat on them, wash them, dry them, just make sure you look after them with heat protectant like you would your normal hair.

I got these on Klarna as a beginner, because I was scared to spend a chunk of money on something I’ve not tried before. I’ve never had extensions but they’re so easy to use and I feel so much better about myself! I have a short blunt hair cut and they still blend so well because of how thick the extensions are, but they’re not heavy! Can’t recommend enough, wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re beautiful and I’ve had so many compliments at work about them. Thank you!

This review is based on customer service the hair is great but I accidentally ordered the wrong length since their website was confusing on ordering the right length I saw the number 24 and thought that was the length but turns out it was the number of the hair color. When I got my package it was 16" and not 24" so I had to pay to have it shipped back it cost me $100 because of the tracking if I didn't have tracking and it got lost I would be out of $280. So minus $100 now I would get $180 then they have the nerve to charge me $57 for returning (tariffs) this information is not stated on their website so this is a warning to anyone ordering from them since they are in the UK. So now I'm out of $157! I'm never ordering from them again I can find just as good quality hair in the US or make my own.

Not a great experience I haven’t received my product even though I payed the extra charge for deliver to be here 1-5 days and ended up paying an additional 22 euro In custom charges taking the total to over 100
I ordered these for my wedding and am out a lot more money than I was ment to be I should have gone somewhere else please don’t waste your time or money on this site

I highly recommend Milk & Blush. I had never used hair extensions before. My daughter suggested that my hair would look fuller using fill ins for her wedding as Mother of the Bride.
The match was perfect though I did order the wrong shade first but my money was refunded straight away and my second colour match was perfect Bronde Highlight.

Daylight robbery. Awful.

I ordered some pieces from Milk and Blush. When it arrived, I took the seal off to check what the edges looked like as I was after something that could be placed directly on the parting. However, the edges of the pieces I was sent were far too obvious for the parting - it wasn’t for me. I carefully placed it back into the original packaging, sealed it and returned it for a refund, only to be told I do not qualify as the seal was removed. Is this how business is conducted these days? Customers can’t inspect a product they paid a good amount of money for…. OK.

Staying well away from this awful business who fails so miserably to apply even an iota of the absolute minimal principles of customer service.

Also, if I want the product returned (as I do not qualify for a refund), I need to pay for the postage, AGAIN.

No thanks.

Customer service has been fantastic. All my questions were answered almost straight away and I asked a lot as a first time user of extensions.

First off the hair is amazing and stays nice with out frizz! Only downsides for me were not realizing only 5 to a package and my second order came with the hair mangled. I imagine it was who packaged it but needed to use and couldn’t wait another 7 -10 days for more .

The whole process was effortless I asked for a colour match which I got quickly. I chose the extensions I wanted in the recommended colour and ordered. They arrived quickly and well packaged. They come with a hair sample so you can see what the match is like. Mine are perfect, lovely quality real hair, I have bought them initially for my wedding but will wear them beyond that. The whole experience was great.

Honestly the most perfect colour match to my hair and quality is amazing. Really helped with my hair confidence.
