As an elderly person living alone it is good to know that my milk will be delivered three times a week. The service is reliable. The website is easy to use to suspend deliveries when I go on holiday or to increase my order if I need extra pints.

Milk delivery and More to your Door-what's not to like?
Really delighted to have this service and would recommend it to anyone who asks. They are very good at resolving problems on the very rare occasions that they do arise, no ifs no buts, just how can we help?

Milk deliveries - good. Anything else, good luck. Every week I get sent emails with 'products' to order. However these are often out of stock. It's disappointing to be offered something, charged for it and a few hours later it's not delivered because there is no stock. Also prices go up without warning.
Order your MILK for sure, but don't expect any MORE...
Update - been offered a birthday gift for free. Added to basket. Have to buy another product as you cannot complete transaction at £0.00. Item then out of stock 😂 told it would be delivered Wednesday. They hadn't added for this delivery. I've added it again, with something else I didn't want and guess what? These charlatans have failed to deliver again 'out of stock'. Promised it would be delivered. Jokes. Fraud. W******

What can say Fresh milk lovely plus I order milkshakes and other bits sadly sometimes they don't have milkshakes and other bits but 8/ 10 they do milk always here before 7.30am which is nice

I really appreciate having my items delivered and for milk to be in re-usable glass bottles.
It is not always easy to make changes to regular orders on the website, making it necessary to phone to make the necessary changes.

VERY BAD SERVICE. Today's delivery did not arrive. Called three times this morning and I was reassured that the delivery would arrive by 12.20PM They are supposed to deliver by 7AM ! The delivery showed as completed on the site. Called them and they told me it was delivered at 12.37PM but NOTHING. This is not the first time this has happened recently. I'm sick of this company and will NEVER use again. DO NOT USE. GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT USE MILK & MORE. AVOID. STAY AWAY !!!!
All the positive reviews here are all very well. The first few months there are no problems. Then when they see that you are a regular customer and spend money with them, they start fuffing everything up and treat you like dirt and FAIL TO DELIVER.

You apologised the last time this happened a month ago. Apolgising and sending a refund doesn't compensate the INCONVENIENCE you put me through.You still FAILED TO DELIVER.

I have always had my milk delivered. Milk & More deliver on time, leave milk, groceries, garden compost in my desired safe place. Early morning delivery suits me. In this heat not left out to go off. Milkman delivers in all weathers, keeping me safe indoors. Great choice of items, groceries to choose from. So pleased some gluten free products now available. Plus other free from items.

Reliable deliveries that is not only milk but also more. All sorts of groceries that can be ordered up to 9 pm the evening of day before delivery.
I've never seen my milkman or woman because everything is on the doorstep before 7am.

Reliable service and our milkman Paul has never let us down. Is it cheaper than buying milk from the supermarket - no - but for convenience it is a winner.

Honestly the best decision I made. I can increase and reduce milk and bread as needed. Skip when away and it's always ready for my morning coffee. So delivery is spot on.

Haven't tried any other goods as yet but highly recommend.

very reliable milk service. We do all of our shopping on foot so it saves us carrying the heavy milk and juice. glass bottles save on plastic waste. Easy to use app, lets you easily change your orders and shows special offers.

I like to have milk in glass bottles rather than plastic - Milk & More provide this! I have milk three times a week and my regular milkman is great - always on time and always places the milk bottles etc out of view from passers-by.
There is a good choice of other groceries available online and ordering is easy. I find this very useful as I am elderly and cannot get to shops without help.
