Always a friendly and knowledgeable shop. I was served by Jackie who helped me pick a new walking jacket when I needed to replace the old one of 20 years. She was friendly, polite, patient and knew her stuff. Thanks Jackie! All other staff I have ever come across at Millets Chesham have been great too.

Very convenient store, well stocked and informative staff, Jackie in particular was super helpful and was very cheerful and friendly. We bought a coat and some tracksuit bottoms, were able to try it on to make sure it fits and received some great advice from some of the staff!

Today I took in a pair of Brasher walking boots that had been purchased last year. They had only been worn 3-4 times (sat in a wardrobe until last weekend).
After the first wear I noticed the inside stitching had started to separate. I have had these boots before and so knew it must be a fault.
The staff at Millets Chesham were incredibly helpful. If I’m honest I did not think I had any rights to take these used boots back given when they were purchased.
Tommy from the store sorted me out with a brand new pair. The service was very professional and helpful. I’m very impressed and grateful.

Lewis and Tommy gave an excellent personalised service today and I left the store with exactly what I went in to buy.

I was most impressed by the service I received from Tommy at the Chesham store yesterday. As they didn't have the size in stock of the jacket I wanted to buy, he kindly rang another nearby store to verify that they had stock, which they didn't!
So, he then offered to order the jacket online for me and have it despatched to my address without having to pay postage. He even arranged for express delivery!
This was friendly, helpful service - a refreshing change from the Hemel store.

Brilliant customer service. Steph was helpful, positive and knowledgeable. She is a credit to her employer. The shop has changed beyond all measure, excellent range, including quality manufacturers, and good stocks. With a shop like this, there is NO POINT in simply shopping on line and gambling what you might eventually receive.
