Tee was such a wonderful example of what customer service should be like, she wasn’t pushy or salesy, she knew her stuff! I needed new walking boots and I could only fit the kids size, she went out of her way to show me other sizes that may work in adult shoes and knew exactly what materials on each shoe was best for what I needed. She was so warm and friendly and it was a great shopping experience that felt relaxed and pressure free! Thank you Tee for your time and kindness! :)

Very helpful member of staff

My sales rep, Erol, was extremely helpful and gave me guidance on a number of boot types I was unsure about. This helped me make a clear decision and have some great boots.
I also wanted to try on some jackets and over trousers for sizing and buy online later, Erol helped me confirm the best I needed.

Excellent staff pointed me in the right direction for what I wanted and then told about the best deal for the product i was buying. I have used the shop many times and the service is always the same.Today i was served by Erol.

Really great customer service from Erol and the team. Provided great advice about jackets I was looking for and showed me plenty of options. Couldn’t be happier.

I was served by a young man named Matthew, who from start to finish was extremely professional, something this country lacks in abundance. Matthew was approachable and calm, helpful but not pushy and generally had a manner that made 'my' whole experience very pleasant.
Most young people show no pride in their job, speak poorly, have no interest in their customers and spend their time on mobile phones or chatting to other staff as though the customer is invisible.
Matthew however has reinstalled my faith in the shopping experience!
Please employ more young men and women like Matthew in your stores and encourage the nation, especially London to take heed of what service 'should' look like!

Served by a lovely sales assistant Hannah, who helped me to choose what I wanted to purchase, as well as having very good chirpy personality, spoke to all the customers with a welcoming chat and being helpful.

Friendly welcome to the store. The store was tidy and everything was presented well. I was given plenty of time to look around and try things on.

No pushy sales techniques just very genuine, friendly and helpful guys who I felt very at ease talking to.
They found me exactly what I was looking for.
