Friendly & Helpful
When the item I wanted didn’t appear to be in stock the team member went to the stock room to make sure that there weren’t any in store. He was then very helpful in recommending an alternative product.

Popped into the store for a one thing and bought more!
Popped into the store for a bottle of Nikwax Tech Wash and ended up not only buying a new pair of gloves from their very comprehensive selection, but also not one but two Craghopper fleeces, which were on “special” at a very good discount on the normal prices!
NB I’ve got an old Craghopper fleece and can thoroughly recommend them for their warmth and lightness.

Great Service
the staff were very helpful. I initially came in for a parir of shorts and the chap walked me round all the different styles they had. When I purchased them he gave me a 15% off voucher and highlighted I could use it on the reduced items. I had my ey on a berghaus 6xl tent which was reduced already and he kindly confirmed how much discount I would get. This swung me and I have happily bout a tent original proce £1,300 for £806. He then helped me carry it out to the car which was 350 yards away. Very good service indeed. Many thanks

Brilliant Customer Service
Both Karl and Sophie (I think) were brilliant.
Karl went out of his way to help with tent specifications when buying on Saturday, and when I came back Monday morning as I had found a fault with it, Sophie Helped to find a replacement when the one I initially bought could not be found in store or another store.
I choose another and all sorted within 10-15 minutes
