Had to return a pair of boots bought 8 months ago which hadn’t lasted. Was served by Clare who handled everything very professionally and with no quibble, even doing me a deal on a replacement. Very impressed, well done Clare.

This is a very good outdoor clothing and equipment shop in the heart of Hexham. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Its not a big shop but it really delivers.

I was looking for waterproof walking shoes but didn’t really have any idea what I wanted. The staff were incredibly supportive and friendly. The advice that I received was superb. I tried several pairs before settling on the Merrel Accentor shoes. They were reasonably priced as well as very comfortable. I have shopped in here several times over the years and always been impressed by the level of support and knowledge offered by the staff as well as the range of products on offer.

Millets and it seems Every other outlet asks for donations to charities.
I understand the uptick yo your brand where you can bost to the world how good you are.
However the customer pay the bill not you.

Your shop staff often have to apologise for this intrusion on what was to the customer an unwellcome begging letter.

It has a detrimental view in my eyes and give me more reason to stop shopping with you.

Assistant very helpful and patient!I was exchanging some shorts but the size I wanted wasn’t available in the store.She went on line and arrange for some to be delivered to my home address.

Claire and Ryan were fantastic today, really helpful, going out of there way to help me with my faulty I bought online from Go Outdoors. Much more helpful than Go Outdoors customer service team had been over the phone. Discussed and presented different options for me which worked best for me. Much appreciated. Thank you both.

Popped into the Hexham store today as I usually do when I am up on holiday.
The staff are alway friendly and helpful and it was my lucky day today as there was a sale on so I treated myself to a new pair of walking boots (Brasher)

Great service as ever from Claire and Jay in store this afternoon. They couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s a pleasure to shop in the Hexham store.

The store didn’t have what I was looking for (wrong time of year for running shorts), but the young man that served me suggested a shop where I could possibly find some. He was right. So helpful, thank you.

The Hexham store offers a variety of merchandise that is well stocked and presented. We received excellent customer service from Jay. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding discussing the merits of the type of footwear that we were interested in purchasing. He gave detailed helpful advice. We were so impressed with the brand that he recommended and the competitive sale offer price, that we both purchased a pair!

All the staff were great and really helped me find what I was looking for.
