Excellent customer experience
Called in and was directed by male member of staff to a selection of the item I was looking for (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name ). I was also served by Jenny who was very helpful and who opened packaging to I could compare sizes. Excellent service, good range of products and choice, served and signposted by staff who knew merchandise, and who were able to signpost to offers available. Thanks again.

Delightfully charming staff
Delightfully charming staff. When entering the shop I was warmly greeted by two female members of staff and whilst looking around a male staff member walked past saying hello and asking if I was okay. When I found the waterproof product I was interested in a female staff member told me about the product and it’s suitability, she also noticed the other product I was holding and told me if I got the twin pack cleaner and waterproofer I would get it half price. She informed me that they always try to point out to customers the best deals possible for them. This is the sort of service all shops should strive to, well done Millets Hexham on employing such great staff.
