Great service from Matt at the Penzance Store
I’d been looking for a new pair of walking shoes in various shops around London for ages with no luck and I’d almost resigned myself to making do with my old ones as it had been a real chore. I popped into the Penzance store for a quick look as I hadn’t seen a Millets shop anywhere for a long time and managed to find the perfect fit in a style that I liked the look of, thanks entirely to the patience and knowledge of Matt. I’ll definitely go back if I need something the next time I’m in Penzance as both of the staff that day made shopping a pleasant experience.

Great service from Matt yesterday…
Great service from Matt yesterday choosing my new Merrell walking shoes. Tried a few possibles on with Matt’s advice and guidance and settled on the best pair for the job. Nice boots, sensibly priced compass
