Millets - Tenby Reviews 

I have visited the store many times over the past few years. There is always a good range if products. I have been served by Grace on most of my visits and she is always friendly and knowledgeable.

I was served today by Emily and Eva who were both so helpful and knowledgeable. I was shown some really good deals on clothing when I asked about items I was interested in. It was so lovely to be served by two lovely, polite, friendly young ladies.

I visited Millets in Tenby today to consider the purchase of a pair of walking shoes. I was served by Emily with patience and care. She was courteous professional and polite. I bought the shoes!

I was served by DIANA at millets tenby, she was very knowledgeable and welcoming and friendly, her expertise and patience resulted in me making the right choice one boots.

Emily was such a help as we were trying to understand the best boots for our two sons DofE walks. She gave us Great advice and a top tip for discounted boots with proof of DofE participation.

Martha at the Tenby store went above and beyond helping with a pair of walking boots

I called millets tenby and spoke to "Emily" she answered phone clearly and spoke with a friendly tone ... after asking if they had a certain product in spoke she made me aware it was and it also was 30% cheaper in their sale ... I visited the store a short time after to collected my item .. I was then made aware that by making this purchase cetain items were now available at 50% marked price .. I selected another item.. Emily was then happy to engage in some idle chit chat whilst the transaction was completed with another member of staff joining momentarily.
Overall this was a very pleasant encounter .. High grade product sold at a attractive price with great customer care.. thanks milets I thought service like this had disappeared

Shopping in Tenby Martha was very helpful

Millets Tenby 05/12/24. I needed to purchase some new outdoor equipment and the young lady who served me was excellent! Her name was Martha and she was very knowledgeable about the boots on offer, really helpful nothing was too much trouble. Also the lady at the till ( I think her name was Diane?) was very polite and I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again based on the service provided. Well done to these two members of staff!

Eva was excellent. Really helpful and well informed about the products. 👍

I was pleasantly and efficiently served by Martha and found exactly the hiking trousers I’d been looking for. Plus, as I was able to prove that I belong to a walking club I was given discount! I’ll definitely return.

Great service from staff member Grace who was not only pleasant and polite while i browsed but informed me of the spend and save promotion which i wasn't aware of. There was another older staff member with blond hair standing by the doorway looking at his phone and greeted no one who entered in the time i was there, I'd guess he was Grace's boss?? Grace deserves better.

Every time I buy something from Millets in Tenby I get excellent customer service - and today's visit to replace my worn out walking boots was no exception.

I was given helpful, friendly service and an extremely competitive price by Stu ... and I'm very pleased with my new Peter Storm 'Snowdon II' boots.
The boots I've had to replace were a premium brand and were only 18 months old but I bought them online and it's tricky to get the issue sorted because the online seller and the manufacturer can't agree who is responsible.
So I've bought in store! 👌
