I ordered a dress for my prom!
it was a beautiful dress and fit perfectly according to my sizes i provided to get tge custom fitting dress! it looked stunning. i would recommend ordering in advance as the dresses are made to order and take a few weeks to get them just right!

I love that we were able to order a custom size with my daughter's measurements for no extra charge. This was the first time we've ever had a dance dress we didn't have to take to the seamstress for additional alterations! She was able to wear it as is because it fit perfectly. It was beautiful, and professionally finished. I had one happy girl! Ordering from here again.

I can not be more pleased with the craftsmanship and the quality of the dress. The dress was flawless and fit my daughter to exactly. The ordering process was simple. We received the dress in a timely manner, one quick trip to be the cleaners to have it pressed and she was dancing the night away. She received so many compliments on her dress at the prom. She reported that there were other girls in their $800.00 plus dresses that were falling apart by the end of the night. My girl looked like a goddess, for under $200.00. They made my dress with the right measurements and length was perfect! I’m 5”1 and I wanted knee length and was afraid of finding a knee length Dress and it not fitting right, then I found Milly Bridal to just try and they made it absolutely perfect! Nice material and every thing! Highly recommend and will definitely keep this website in mind for other purposes!

DONT buy any dresses from here as I got my daughters prom dress they are the worst company to buy from refuse to give me a refund on my dress as the dress was faulty and the are not taking accountability that the dress was faulty and I have been arguing with them to get refund since the start of June

SCAMMERS!!
Even a zero would be too generous. They send standard dresses, not made to measure, and do not allow refunds if you don’t like the dress or it doesn’t fit well. They advise you to go to a tailor at your own expense! How do they get away with it? Ignore the 5 star reviews, they are fakes.

DO NOT ORDER from here!! my daughter is a standard uk 6 so we ordered a few prom dresses to try on.
They arrived much later than advertised. The material is cheap and tacky silver glitter.. not as stunning as the picture and it’s too big around the bust. We needed to return and get refunded. Basically, there’s absolutely no way of getting over £100 back. They won’t refund.. it’s a size 6 as ordered and if she doesn’t like it or it doesn’t fit correctly it’s tough. As we all know clothes from most shops vary in sizes even in meant to use uk sizing guides. Went to a shop in uk and dresses varied from 0-10 that fitted her!!! I have lost all my money on 2 gowns now.. over £250

Don’t listen to negative reviews I’m glad I didn’t. I knew to order 2 weeks ahead. My dress came in time and fit perfect for my after wedding dine in. Order your correct size atleast 2-3 weeks in advance

Right after my daughter ordered a dress for prom from Milly Bridal, I read negative reviews about the company. I told her to cancel the order. We canceled within an hour of ordering, both on their website through a help ticket, and also by email. Their cancelation policy states you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. They did not respond. I emailed Milly Bridal 3 times after that to ensure cancelation and received no communication. They sent the dress. Thankfully I ordered through PayPal and was able to file a dispute after providing documentation of all my attempts at communicating with Milly. I just got a refund for the dress today. Not once throughout the entire ordeal did Milly Bridal communicate with me. But a shout out to PayPal!

We ordered our dress about two and a half weeks before we needed it. Didn't get anything from them beside the paypal receipt reached out they responded right away. Dress arrived in the nick of time and really was beautiful. We would purchase again. Just order at least 3 weeks out.

I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter's semi formal. Both dresses were the same style as the pictures on the website, however material and color were completely different. The one dress was 2 different colors(top/bottom) after many conversations Milly Bridal refused the return and would not refund me stating the dresses were made correctly and they are made to order. Will never shop with them again.

SCAM!! I ordered a dress for my daughter to wear to prom and it came - did not fit and she frankly did not like it in person, I reached out requesting to return it and they said it was "custom made" for her. Total crap considering we live in Michigan and this is overseas. Custom made without exact measurements? A true scam and out over $200.

I ordered a dress for my daughter for Prom. The material was cheap and the stitching was inconsistent.
The split in the dress was so high that it was indecent as my daughter couldn't move her leg without her underwear being exposed.
I contacted MillysBridal within 2 days and they replied that the dress couldn't be returned as it was made to order (not made to measure) and that the photo of the dress clearly showed that the split was from the waist although they sent me a picture of a dress on a mannequin not the advertised picture on their website.
When I insisted I wanted a refund they ghosted me and didn't reply.
A waste of £100.
