Awful site.Zero customer service.They DO NOT pay you.Avoid at all costs.

Completed numerous surveys and they have stopped giving me points. Been with them since 2020, but in the last two years my account has been stuck at 1995 points - you need 2000 to cash out. I've been trying desperately to get the last 5 points so I can cash out and close my account, but every survey completed results in nil points :(

Tried to contact them for 15 days, but nothing,
I have been with them since 2017, but this is the end.
Useless.

What a waste of time! I joined 22 days ago, & completed 1 survey of 50 points (50p?). Every day since then I have been invited to at least 3 surveys a day, and all but 1 have reached full, even if I have opened link within seconds of receiving it. The only 1 that was not full, ... I had already completed it. 2p a day, NOT WORTH MY TIME.

I am owed in the region of £150 and they refuse to answer when contacted. I am determined to get the money owed to me and I will stop at nothing until I receive it. I know I am just one of many who are in the same position. This is theft/fraud.

This is a lying company! You will receive NOTHING for completing surveys! They claim to give you points after 28 days, but in fact this is just a lie! Any company that respects its customers immediately awards points! And this company in 28 days. And when 28 days have passed, you will be credited 100 percent with nothing! But the company itself will receive money from the customer. They put 100% of the profit in their pocket!

Not been paid for surveys after completing many of them so mailed them and got some responces and now they dont answer me. Looks like they have turned into a scam site

It appears to be a scam site or has limited resources. I have been messing around for ages trying to get to the cashout point of £20. I dont wait around to get surveys to get delivered to my email I go to the site and press on them, all of them. I'm at £16 and approaching my first reward and I cant log in ,for a week now, no password recovery option working, all the tell-tale signs of my account being deleted without warning. I had to use lawyers to recover money on Rewarded Surveys and will do so with these guys.

Always be wary of high cashout sites. They do that for a reason.

I claimed a £10 reward back in October 2022 that I had earned by completing lots of surveys. I received an automated email stating that it could take up to 30 days... fair enough.
However, after 3 months I still hadn't received it, despite emailing them 5 times. Not a single response at all, just the usual barrage of survey invitations every day filling up my inbox. AVOID!

Spent hours doing their surveys, and had £9.85 in account. Was in hospital with a serious illness and they closed my account as I didn't log in for 6 months. They didn't send any warning emails; no communication at all. I have emailed them numerous times to complain and heard absolutely nothing back. Please don't join them, they're scammers!!

Update: Company name changed mindmover group LIMITED\certificate issued on 12/10/21. They have changed their name to QUMIND LIMITED the old name was disolved

Shocking! I have been waiting for my payment for 2 months now and nothing. I cant even raise a ticket as it says my account is waiting for me to verify it. I have no emails and it wont let me do forgotten password as it isnt verified. Ive set up another email just to message them and they have completely ignored this too

Same issues as previous reviews. I redeemed 1st November and still not received Amazon vouchers despite numerous attempts to chase them up! Very poor

I strongly advise against this website!!!!!! They do not follow their own regulations, vouchers are sent after more than 30 days, points are not added for surveys (errors at the very end when approving answers, no possibility to contact them in this matter, because the survey number is missing). I will definitely not do any poll for them, it is a waste of my time!!!!!!

I've been having the same problem as David Lawson. Redeemed points for Amazon vouchers 31/10/21, still trying to chase via helpdesk tickets with no joy.

I have tried to redeem using PayPal and they say they no longer use PayPal. I have tried to contact them over and over again to ask that they pay by Amazon Vouchers instead. Each email says they will not respond to your email until you have been to their FAQs and also use/register with raiseaticket and send a second email. Even when you do this and send the second email you just get the same response, they are not going to reply to your email. Does anyone have a full address, not email, or a telephone number for them?

Rarely, very, very rarely I can actually take part in a survey. You can try and try again, but after wasting time on attempting 4 this evening I eventually got the message to say unfortunately there are no more surveys for me to take. At present it's a complete waste of time.
No wonder there are so many low score reviews for their site.

Update i have been paid finally now. So Changed my review to 3 stars now. Doubt i will continuing you now with mindmover and dont want the hassle again with payment problems.

Love mindmover one of my favourite survey sites
