Great site easy to navigate and lots of surveys available

I am sick and tired of this company sent for £20.00 payment 29/03/21, raised a ticket with no joy. Tried to log into account and cannot get in, sent for password reminder also with no response, they are a joke a complete waste of time.

I have raised several "tickets" with Mindmover because I cannot redeem my points I have nearly the equivalent of £40 in my account yet whenever I go to redeem it just says " the ability to redeem is not available at this time, try again in 24 hours time.
I gather quite a few people are experiencing the same problems as I am, I am not about to give up on this money as I am disabled and do these surveys so I can buy Christmas presents for my children & grandchildren.I just wish Mindmover would sort it out. They keep saying they have but they haven't Shame on you Mindmover.

A payment from Mindmover was confirmed on 29th March 2021 and it is now 8 May 2021. I have tried many times to obtain this payment to no avail, and now Mindmover has stopped sending me surveys and blocked me. I enjoyed completing the surveys but I would not now recommend Mindmover to anyone. Go to a survey site that pays up on time and leave Mindmover alone!

Further to my last review a month ago, I still have been unable to redeem any payment from Mindmover. I have raised numerous 'tickets' none of which has provided any adequate response.

I am now reluctant to take part in any more of their surveys, unless I receive a response with a 'real answer' (rather than the stock replies I have received).

I have now been trying to redeem £20 everyday since February 1st. It is totally unacceptable.

About a month ago when I was at the height of my frustration with Mindmover I sent them a link to this review forum so that they could see how many people were having issues regarding payments. Since then there has been an absolute flood of positive reviews on here, some of which are so ludicrous that they are hilarious. So........peeps....... be very wary of the positive reviews - they may not be what they purport to be.

I've finally closed my account with this joke of a company. I can't take any more of their badly paid surveys with incorrect completion times, or having to chase them all the time to get payment. It's all so frustrating. Don't waste your time with them. Stay well clear!

Good survey site and I have earned lots over the years.

Mindmover is a great place if you love giving your opinion
However it does take a while to accumulate points if your always getting screened out

Due to being made medically retired I rely on Mindmover Connect to stimulate my brain activities.

Great for making a few quid on the side, even finds surveys from around the web if their site has ran out. Top marks.

i get plenty of surveys to do and plenty of time to complete them. they let me know straight away jf i don't fit the requirement

Mind mover is great to be a part of the community as you can share your opinion and earn some money when your getting your point across. Would recommend as it’s a great site just need more surveys

I LIKE THE SURVEY TOPIC RANGE, THE MINI POLLS ARE INTERESTING TO SEE WHAT OTHE FEEL AND THE SOME OF THE DISCUSSION ROOMS ARE INTERESTING TO HEAR OTHERS VIEW. GREAT TO PASS THE TIME WHILE FEELING YOU ARE CONTRIBUTING TO RESEARCH/PRODUCT IDEAS. SOMETIMES A FEW TOO MANY EMAILS IS MY ONLY GRIPE.

This is a great way to get involved in getting your opinion and views to help improve products and services

An excellent community and always pays out well.

I've been a member for years, it's great when I can cash in on my reward, but the process is very slow and often time consuming.

Good in the main but often well into a survey before you are deemed unsuitable and ruled out.
