The service is excellent and the product top quality. I got in touch with them on their WhatsApp and they always got back to me almost immediately. I forgot to write the number of my address (although the street was correct), and Raf offered me to send the order again!! That wasn't necessary because I could sort it out, but they showed a very good disposition to help me out in case the product didn't arrive. I've been trying their uridine, NALT, ALCAR, and sulbutiamine and I'm very happy with the quality. I'll definitely order from them again. Best customer service ever, good product and reasonable price.

The delivery was really good, very fast. Products well presented. I’ve been taking the tablets for a few days, cannot see a significant difference on me but if I do, I’ll change the rating from 4 to 5 star.

One star deducted, because the fact that the system sent me my password in clear text indicates that passwords themselves are stored in their database, which is very poor practise in software development.

I replied to the offending email, describing the issue and providing links to *plaintextoffenders dot com* which explain in detail what the real problem is, and how to fix it, and suggested to forward them to their developers.

Customer service replied to me - on a Sunday night at 12:19 AM; kudos to that! - stating the sending passwords via email was something that only occured when creating an account during checkout, that it is fixed now, and that passwords are "never stored anywhere unencrypted".

This, again, indicated they are not aware of the real issue: storing actual passwords at all, encrypted or not.

This is not necessary from a technical point of view. All that has to be stored, simply put, is a cryptographically derived representation (not the same as encryption!) of the password, which can be used to verify a login attempt, but, if implemented correctly, makes it practically impossible to derive the password itself, even if one would gain full access to the database.

If passwords are stored encrypted, however, it means that the system relies on being able to decrypt them, which could allow an attacker to get ahold of them.

A good system wouldn't even allow passwords to be accesses by admins or site owners.

Will order again if the need arises, but really hope they properly fix their security issues.

EDIT: Added back fifth star, as clarification from company's side indicates previous statement was technically inaccurate, which lead to apparently wrong assertion from my side. Taking their word for it and hoping for no further clear text passwords be sent out ;)

As far as my experience goes, Mindnutrition has quality goods at reasonable prices. Supplements are standardised and dosed according to most research. I can feel the difference when taking their products.

They sent me the wrong stuff. But I emailed them, got a almost immediate response telling me they'll send me the right stuff and I can keep the wrong stuff.

the samples i bought were very nice.Not sure if they worked or not but how the package was and how quickly it arrived was excellent.
