I took my iMac to Minko’s Macs in Lewisham for a hard drive replacement and a full clean-up service. They were very reliable, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done to a high standard. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Minko’s Macs to anyone looking for trustworthy Apple repairs.

Minko’s Macs did an excellent job replacing the screen on my MacBook Air. They kept me informed of progress via text message and offered a good price for the service. They were very proffered and the work was done very quickly. I would highly recommend them for all Apple related repairs.

Took my laptop in because it was overheating and making a loud noise. They quickly diagnosed an issue with the battery and the fan and sorted out the issue the same day. Will be going to them again with any laptop issues.

Simple repair process for a broken keyboard (I had lost the backspace key).

Very friendly and efficient service - I had to pop back in to tighten up a screw and this was handled super professionally too.

My Mac Mini repair at Minko’s Camden was smooth in that the staff member did exactly what he said he’d do, at the time he said he’d do it. He was friendly and professional. Mac repairs are, sadly, expensive but Minko’s are certainly competitive in that respect so I couldn’t have asked for better service. It will definitely be my chosen venue in the future even though there are other Mac repair places closer to my home.

I bought a refurbished Mac from them and in 5 years no issues. Had a prob with the trackpad now and the ease in which I got it addressed was super helpful. Really friendly staff. Cost-efficient. Always a happy customer.

Minko Macs have fixed my laptop when it has baby milk spilt all over it and also fixed my phone when the camera wouldn’t focus. They have been wonderful, quick and helpful. Would totally reccomend!

Great customer service. Contacted the Lewisham branch to see if they could deal with peeling pads on headphones (beats). They ordered the part (on a weekend) and fixed in a day! Delighted to be able to use my headphones again!
