Saving me from losing all my projects I had saved

They fix more than just Mac's.

I brought in my gaming laptop, with broken hinges. I wasn't sure if they'd be able to fix it, as it wasn't a software issue + it's not a common kind of computer. But they confirmed it was something they could do before they took any money, so I already felt confident from the start.

I got my laptop back in a week, despite them having to order the parts from Europe. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quick this was, considering every other laptop repair place has held onto my laptop for weeks, only to not fix the problem.

Won a bid on eBay and they automatically cancelled my purchase with no communication. Would stay away.

asked for a quote on soldering switches on a small keyboard, they quoted 60 pounds per hour so 240-300 pounds. Essentially it takes them 4-5 minutes to do 1 switch

Really happy. Fixed laptop (massive coffee spillage) within the day. Very fortunate as I had old Apple -newer ones much harder to fix with the new Apple security - be warned . I went to the Whitechapel outlet, no one there but I called went to the Lee High Road outlet. Therefore really good experience from person on phone as well. Very happy - I don't normally put reviews, so this says a lot.

I love this company - they're on a mission to keep old macs out of the landfill. Worked for me. I took my old 2012 Macbook Pro as an urgent repair - knocked a full glass of non-alcoholic beer over the keyboard and track pad the day of a major meeting. My rapid reactions tipped most of it out which saved the motherboard etc. A new keyboard, trackpad and battery was installed within hours and I made the meeting!
Max in their Lewisham shop could not have been nicer or more efficient and the price was more than fair.
100% recommend them.

I went to Lee High Road to ask for help with a broken iPad charger. The friendly, helpful staff fixed it straight away, and with a smile!

I took my apple Mac air for a much needed update and reinstallation after erasing everything (everything) and it was done withing 30minutes for a reasonable cost

Initial first encounter on this repair was fine
Had an issue with the repair and I was told to bring it back within 90 days of the repair I brought it back two weeks as I needed it to work
Brought it back today explaining the fault to NOT BE HELPED. To be told it’s fine it’s working
I have the issue and was told to come back
To see a guy who I never dealt with who’s communication is not of the greatest
I asked to speak to the manager called and got no answer or even a call back
Very disappointed in this as I paid for a service and don’t have my full service what I paid for will never use them again and if I was you save you time and money and don’t
