Delivery Extremely Delayed

Although they seem to have a good collection, their delivery is EXTREMELY delayed. I ordered of the 12th (a working day) and although the app said it would take 2-4 days, the delivery date keeps shifting. Currently they are showing a delivery on the 19th! When I called, they informed me their products had not even left the warehouse yet! This is really unacceptable. If the delivery is going to take longer, than let the customer know BEFORE they place the order.

Still waiting for my return money

I ordered shoes with them. The shoes had different color as if they come from 2 different production lines, so I sent them back. They took forever to finally confirmed receiving my return and said they would take 14 days to process it. It's been over 3 weeks now and I still have no information about my return. What a waste of time and money.

Returned shoes but they refunded me a…

Returned shoes but they refunded me a smaller amount for shoes I never returned, 5 months writing them and asking them to correct the issue and they keep unnecessarily asking me to print and fill and scan a form, costing me valuable time and money for *their mistake*!! This kind of unnecessary time wasting German bureaucracy I might expect from German government institutions but not from a shop trying to service its customers! I finally gave up and filled and sent them a form today, hopefully at least now they finally sort it out!!

Its a fraud!

Its a fraud!
I have ordered the shoes there, which came with defect. When I sent them back (I could prove it) they acted like they haven`t received them, reminded me about the payment (for the shoes I did not own) and just proceeded with debt collectors. I had to pay 104 EUR for the item I sent back!
If you check Facebook, you will see plenty of other scammed client reviews.
Don`t waste your time with them.

DO NOT BUY!

My order never left the warehouse even though I was supposed to receive it today. When I contacted them I never got a respons, only an e-mail saying that they received my return?! How can I return something that I NEVER received?! When contacted again on e-mail and facebook there is no respons. This Company is a hoax
