Great customer service
Danny from Wakefield came to sort out a minor leak I was experiencing with my shower screen. Great service, with a really clear explanation of how everything was meant to work. I never realised how much engineering went into such a mundane product! Full marks for diagnosing the issue and recommending a solution.

Had Daniel from Wakefield come round to fix our faulty shower, and he did a really good job. Everything was fixed and sorted very quickly, and he was professional, friendly and great customer service.
Daniel has been to our property three times and has always been reliable, professional and done a great job. Would definitely recommend him and his work.

Good product but poor support
Ever since I purchased my expensive Mira digital shower, it’s had no WiFi capabilities. It works in the normal way, but WiFi control is advertised as a feature and it should work. It was one of the reasons to get the unit that I purchased.
Customer support and technical support have been really bad. I’ve called and been told that the issue is extremely unusual - it isn’t because the App Store has lots of reviews mentioning the problem - iPhone iOS 26 cannot connect, or in my case it says I need to connect to a network when I already am. The person I spoke to seemed generally confused and unable to help. My details were apparently forwarded on, but no-one has ever been in touch.
I have two email addresses for Mira, both of which are listed in App Store reviews or online. I had a response or two and now all emails are ignored. They tried a couple of suggestions, they didn’t work, I confirmed this fact and now I’m being blanked. I email them, send photos and get nowhere.
I have asked to please be contacted and supported, but I now receive zero responses. Based on this I cannot recommend Mira products. It’s fine if they work, but if you have a problem you’re going to have a hard time getting help.

The best company that I have ever used
The best company that I have ever used. Three years ago I bought a Mira honesty shower. Unfortunately it began to leak slightly from the temperature control valve. I phoned them and within two days a complete new shower bar arrived. Unbelievable service. I am so impressed and will happily buy from them again.

Great service. Rang up about a faulty product, was told it was covered by warranty, booked in technician. That date was brought forward as they had availability.

Received great service today from Mira engineer, Danny (Wakefield). The showers' faults were explained really well which I found very helpful, and a replacement shower fitted with perfect efficiency. I would choose this service again in the future over any other provider.
