Really not happy with the service or so called service! I ordered a dress and top, in total this came to £45 , The dress arrived but no sign of the top..

I have emailed but this bounces back, then they dont reply to DM messages yet they will post stories of people who have ACTUALLY received there items.

Your better off spending money on a site that is actually worth it, don't even bother.

Awful customer service. Tried to return, exchange an item and received no response and their email for it doesn't even exist! Do not trust this co as it's a scam. Cheap quality clothes for high price

This company I’ve placed an 2 orders with them in August 19 and still now till this time September 12 I have not l gotten an answer from them jet, and never got an answer or a tracking number for the things that I bought. I have written messages via dm on Instagram and still no answers.

no one will message me back and it said it will take 15 days to get to your house its been over a month

So I ordered a lounge set 3-4 months ago now and it's litually just arrived and it's okay but smells bit weird but other than that it's actually really comfy

The business didn’t exist until a couple days ago and is messaging loads of girls asking to collab then “losing” their order after they’ve payed already, all the good reviews are 5 stars and obviously fake please don’t fall for this very obvious scam

Screw this place and they’re fake good reviews. Probably from the same person going around asking girls to “collab”. They don’t ask for email info so I should’ve caught on right then and there but I didn’t and continued with my purchase 🤷🏼‍♀️ Now with my order # it says order not found. I messaged the Instagram account and they said they’d check for me but never got back to me after 48 hours and seeing I was still asking for info. I told them I was going to dispute my charge if I didn’t hear from them and they left it on seen and ignored it. Complete scam.

Seems like a scam! Emailed me in DM about ordering from them to be a collab girl. Seems fishy and getting a lot of I go online that they are a scam and don’t send the clothes to people. Stay away.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service! Absolute scam! Have been waiting months for my order and have not received it, they’ve also ignored all of my emails/instagram messages, would NEVER suggest buying from here

THIS IS A SCAM! Please stay far, far away from this company. I ordered a shirt as per a collab request and after some demanding DM’s, they were seen, but ignored. I also emailed them, and those were completely ignored as well. It’s been months and I’ve still got nothing. I even went through the original person who messaged me about the collab and she said it was “delayed” due to Covid, but that’s just an excuse. Please don’t believe any of their lies. Do your research and be extremely careful who you collab with. Generally, legitimate collabs won’t ask you to buy something first, as you’re doing THEM a favor by promoting. Always ask to be paid for your work up front or at least get a free product in exchange.

IT IS A SCAM THANKS FOR EVERYONE WHO WROTE A REVIEW BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO ACTUALLY COLLAB WITH THEM BUT AFTER I SAW THE REVIEWS I BLOCKED AND REPORTED THEM. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!

My 15 year old daughter just came to me this morning to tell me they had sent her a message. I thought it sounded to good to be true.. did my research and found this site as well as a few others, all with negative things too say. I can't thank you all enough. She has now reported them to instagram. Hope they do something about it before others fall for it.

They sent me an DM this morning with just licking my ass. At first I thought it was real, but then I checked this side. I am so glad I was critical to them and didn't give them any money. I live in Norway so this is obviously a world wide fraud. Report their instagram!

Few days ago I received a DM on instagram for a collaboration. It appeared really fraudulent ( 0 followers account telling me that misseedesire wants to collaborate), then they sent me a message with all the informations ( promo codes, etc) and I started believing it. But then I did some research and I’m glad I didn’t gave them any money. ( Also I’m in France so it’s a worldwide fraud)

Please do not use this website or collab or message Ella! Do not give them any of your info. It’s a scam. You can report their Instagram accounts to shut them down. This is done by clicking the 3 dots on the top right of their page, click “report”, click “it’s inappropriate”, click “report account”, click “it’s posting content that shouldn’t be on Instagram” and then scroll all the way down and the second to last option says “scam or fraud”.

I'm so glad I did not make ANY purchase through them. I received a message on my Instagram from a private account saying that Misseedesire wants to do a collab with me. This was my first suspicion because any clothing store or website that would have wanted to do a collab with me they would have contacted me themselves. But anyways I get a message from them and the first thing they mention is "oh you get free clothes" then it eventually turns into purchase now and you'll get 30% off your first order. I don't automatically believe things I do my own little research before I do anything and I'm SO GLAD I DID.

My daughter who is 16 yrs old was contacted via instagram saying that Misseedesire would like her to 'collaborate' with them and in return she would get free clothes, possibly posted on instagram and build up her followers. She was so excited as this is exactly what she wanted to do. Then the message said 'all you have to do is place an order so that we know you are serious and you will get 30% off your order using the code 'COLLAB' A girl called Ella was going to be her main contact. I was so happy for her but then alarm bells rang with the 'place an order' thing. I checked them out on Trustpilot and well... thank god I did!! What a scam on young girls! The deal is they get their own code and when they wear the clothes on instagram and offer a discount, when someone uses that discount code they get 'free clothes' in return. To a 16 year old this sounds amazing and they suggest they will get lots of additional followers (which means a lot to my daughter). In the same evening, my daughter was contacted again but by imessage (they had her phone number!) adding a link for now 40% off her order and how excited they were to get her on board. Honestly!! The whole thing stinks!! Thank god she told me as other young girls would get swept away with this!!

This spam website doesn’t even deserve this one star that I gave it..totally disgusted to what they show and what they actually send you..be ready to receive a 10/12$ worth of clothes in exchange of your 40/50$ spent already on your purchase. Absolute crap!

If I could give it a zero I would. Why isn't this SCAM shut down!!!
Thankfully my daughter is smart and does her freaking research and didn't lose any money. No followers, no posts, nothing positive to say from anyone!!! GTFOH
