Missguided Reviews 

The return process is really tedious like the other reviewers already have said. It is also costly. I had to figure out how to do it myself as their instruction is unclear. If anyone wants to know in case they didn't reply about the return, you have to "send" the parcel to their return address. So rather than "returning" it, you are "sending" the parcel to a recipient. On the EVRI website, I had to add the address and everything else myself and pay for the parcel myself, which cost me around £7. Then go back onto the Missguided website and enter the tracking number from the EVRI label. Saying that, I did receive my refund within a week of sending the parcel minus the shipping cost.

Really difficult to return item and you have to pay postage yourself. No return label provided. Bad experience

Items came from China so didn't receive them in time for the event I wanted them for. Returned one of the items on 11/01, had to pay to return the item through Evri. They have confirmed the return but Misguided still haven't confirmed it or refunded the money. Just to add insult to injury I did pay in 3 through Klarna, they duplicated my payment plan so I have paid double. Have been backwards and forwards with Klarna and misguided and they both just sending me to the other. Won't order from misguided again.

Truly awful, no way of returning a dress that arrived late with super low quality. Awful, lost 100 pounds

I will never order from here again. I ordered from Canada and the parcel went to Jamaica and back to store. I never received parcel and had to pay for the 50$ to ship to Jamaica and back to store. Never had a company do that. Disappointed kid and money lost.

Terrible experience - placed a large order but had to return all but one thing due to faulty stitching, poor quality and inconsistent sizing. Had to pay for the return postage myself (which was nearly £15), Missguided promised to reimburse this but sent it to the wrong PayPal account and refused to correct their mistake. Missguided used to be great but since being taken over by SHEIN it’s terrible.

Do not buy from here .I sent back 3 item which was signed for and never got refund. So no reply to my emails

First time using Missguided since they were bought by Shein. Delivery has so far taken THREE WEEKS. Never again. A once trusted brand is now a shambles.

What a terrible customer service.
Hard tp create a return.
Impossible to get in touch with customer services.
Sent over 2 days few messages on Facebook no one looked at it or try to help.
I am blocking the site it’s so MISSGUIDED LOL

Poor quality of item and customer service. I ordered a skirt which was damaged when it arrived (had a rip down the seam). The parcel came in SHEIN packaging which I was surprised about as I wasn’t aware that miss guided were now getting their clothing from SHEIN. It took ages to come too so I think it got shipped from china. I asked for a refund due to the damaged item which they were happy to give me a ‘100% refund’ - however, they only refunded me what I paid for the item and not the £4.99 shipping fee. I don’t expect to lose out on money when I receive a damaged item, but they are refusing to refund me shipping costs despite the damaged item.

They are such a scam , the price of the products double when added to the cart and when u contact them they answer only by email with random text, just be aware about the price they are such a big scam
I sent them screenshots of the products with the prices and they still lying, so disappointing, I was not aware on my first order so for sure I was scammed with the cost

Used to be a good company terrible service not completing refund taking weeks to get anywhere. Pretty much a scammer company now.

Ordered what was advertised as a jumpsuit from what I thought was a local website. Shipping took over 2 weeks as its actually coming from China. I opened the package today inside was one tracksuit TOP,( not even a full jumpsuit!!!! )made of cheap swimsuit type fabric. For over £20.00 it unbearable quality. I want to return it but the process seems very inaccessible and difficult. May have to just count it as a loss.

This website has turned scammy AF. Clothes arrived in Shein bags!! But no mention of it on the site. Dishonest..

Zero stars. The quality is the poorest ever! I ordered 5 items totalling about $100. The photos doesn’t even come close to the actual items. The fabric is the worst. I MEAN THE WORST.

I wouldn’t order from this shop. You’ll end up having to pay for returns. I paid $20+ trying to return the items. Mind you the address they send you to delivery the items isn’t even accurate per UPS. The zip code is all wrong.

I’d rather spend $100 on 1 item with great quality than 5 items that’ll go straight to the trash anyway.

I am extremely disappointed with Missguided’s customer service.

I want to return my clothes for a refund because the quality is very poor. However, returning them has been made practically impossible

Missguided provided me with the following return address:
DC-1, Logistyczna 1A, 05-090 Katy Wroclawskie, Ramp 35

The problem is that the postal code does not match the city. I checked this with multiple postal services, and the postal code does not exist for that location. I sent Missguided clear evidence showing that the address and postal code do not match.

Despite this, they keep insisting the postal code is correct and simply tell me to “try a different postal provider.” I did, several providers, and none of them recognize this address with that postal code.

Instead of correcting the address or offering an alternative solution, customer service keeps ignoring the issue and repeating the same response. At this point, it feels like they are deliberately preventing me from returning the items so they don’t have to issue a refund.

Has anyone been able to figure out their postal code?

Very poor quality products and even worse customer service. I would not recommend ordering from Missguided if you expect any support with returns or refunds

Would never have ordered had i realised it was coming from China, ordered 28th Nov and today 13th Dec still not here, going abroad tomorrow so unable to take anything I ordered.

Ok, so Missguided is now owned by Shein but of course there is no transparency on the website thus what you are ordering on misguided is actually coming from China. Honestly I have to say, I love Shein on the whole albeit, you have to check a lot of reviews to ensure what you are buying is decent quality. I would therefore recommend that anything you choose to purchase from missguided, you search for this on the parent website where not only will you get a cheaper price it will also ensure you get to see reviews about the overall quality of the item. I am literally only giving 3 stars due to the lack of transparency on the Missguided website about where the items ship from, resulting in bad reviews due to long shipping times and some items being lower quality than that advertised with no reviews to show the item from other buyer perspectives. Do your homework when purchasing and trust me, you will find some quality items but be aware the wait can be longer than expected.

Bought a dress for £38. When it arrived it was a cheap Shein dress. Tried to refund and they dont accept returns. Disgusting, stole my money

The ordering wasn’t a problem, when the item came I didn’t like it as it was poor quality for the price and let me just say the returns process is abysmal. Never have I gone through the returns process and have had to go to a carriers website to generate the returns label myself and on top of that it costing more than a regular return from anywhere else. They should just get rid of their website all together and stick to selling on she in or sports direct. CRAP!
