In my experience their customer service was great, I got a response super quickly, which I really appreciated. Shipping did take a bit of time, but that’s expected since I live in Norway, so no surprises there. (btw, didn't have to pay any tax/customs)
I ordered the Lace Camisole Shirt (from Bella's collection so I got some photocards of her which was super cute), the Multi-Button Denim Jumpsuit, and a keychain, and Im super happy with the purchase. The quality seems really good, and everything feels well made.
For sizing: I got the shirt in XS and the denim jumpsuit in S, and I’d say both are true to size. The only small thing is that I wish the camisole shirt was a bit more form-fitting, but it still looks great.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely order again!
I really hope that they stay consistent and gain back their customers trust :)

My experience of Miss Sixty's customer service in Italy is totally second to none. They went over and above on an import issue returning an item. Communications were very polite, prompt and helpful. They did everything they could to resolve matters with customs and DHL even though the error was mine.
I also love the design, quality and fit of their goods. I will continue to order online as I have confidence in their products but most of all the company's customer service practices. Their treatment told me a lot about how they value their customers.
Lazy and Incompetent
I ordered a belt from Miss Sixty at the end of November 2025. It’s now February 2026 and I don’t have the belt. I have been in regular communication with their “customer service” since early December. They haven’t done a thing to resolve the issue and don’t even address me by the correct name in their emails. They use a third rate parcel service whom even they seem unable to contact. It is safe to say that I won’t ever be ordering from them again.

I will never order anything at Miss Sixty. First of all, I assumed that it is an Italian brand (my fault of course) and the goods are from Europe. It’s a Chinese brand a the goods are apparently being shipped from China to Europe. Ir took three weeks to get the product and the return policy is horrible. Will see how quickly I will get my money back. Will report on it later, I assume.
Avoid online shopping with this retailer
If only I had read these reviews before I purchased. Sizing guide is inaccurate so the coat I ordered was too big!!
Also it took over 2 weeks to receive it. It now has to be returned to Hong Kong and will cost me £40!!! Will not shop here again!!!!
Miss Sixty online shopping
The political of return and refund is very bed. I have return my item and still waiting 3 weeks to get my money back. I want to exchange the size and first it was not possible they did not has my size on stock after I want my money back and they said we have your size now. To return the item outside Italy is very difficult because the address is with out street number and lot of courier didn’t accept it. Drama I still waiting for my money and hopefully get it before Christmas. Don’t buy it online!!

It took Miss Sixty 2 weeks to dispatch, then the order was being misplaced with Royal Mail, then I received an email saying delivered, there is no delivery, I cannot track the link, there is no signature and nobody from Miss Sixty is responding, right now I am £793 out of pocket and no goods! This is a shame I used to shop here 10 years ago and thought I would give it a try too much hard work and the service is not good enough, I think I'll have to go through credit card company!
Poor quality
After a few months wearing the denim jeans there is a big rip near the zip. I didn't expect this considering the price that I paid. Really disappointing experience. I won't order again from this brand.
They will not ship to the US

I bought a pair of capsule jeans at $270 and paid $20 of shipping, which is truly outrageous IMO. Naively believing that I have just paid for a designer Italian quality item, I’m receiving a tracking number which indicates the item being shipped from china… So Miss Sixty is literally a Chinese brand charging an Italian price for their denim.
Apart from that, their size chart is deceiving. For reasons unknown some jeans are normal numerals like 26,27etc and some S,M,L. I’m am us size 6 and chose size Small, as per their size chart, and the jeans are tighter than I have anticipated. If I chose the larger size, the length would be 2” longer…
All in all I guess it’s cheaper for me to loose some weight and keep the item lol, because their exchange and return policy is far from “easy”, as they themselves nicknames it.
Avoid Miss Sixty – Terrible Customer Service & Unethical Practices
I had an awful experience with Miss Sixty that has completely put me off ever shopping with them again. I purchased a pair of trousers that turned out to be defective. Following their return instructions, I shipped the item back to their Italian warehouse at my own expense. However, since the UK is no longer in the EU, customs fees applied, which the seller was responsible for paying. Instead of handling this properly, Miss Sixty refused to pay the customs charges, causing the package to be returned to me after multiple reminders from the courier.
Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, insisting that I should cover the customs fees myself - completely disregarding consumer rights. After failing to collect the return, they now expect me to ship the item again at my own cost, this time to their Hong Kong warehouse. They have refused to provide a prepaid return label or arrange for a collection, despite this entire mess being caused by their negligence.
I am currently traveling for an extended period and cannot handle another return, which means I may fall outside my protection period - yet another unfair consequence of their mishandling. Throughout this process, Miss Sixty has shown no accountability, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue fairly.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Miss Sixty’s return process is broken, and their unwillingness to take responsibility for their own policies is unacceptable. I strongly advise EU and UK customers to think twice before purchasing from them, as their returns process is a nightmare and they will leave you out of pocket.

Miss Sixty Shipped Wrong Item To Me
I ordered two separate pairs of jeans at $167 each from misssixty.com. I just received two pairs of the exact same jean. The only thing they got right was the sizing. One jean was a regular fit and the other was a slim fit. I ordered size 27 in the slim fit and a size 26 in the regular fit. They look exactly the same and they basically fit the same also. The size 26 is a little more snug but I can feel it loosening up since I have been wearing them for a couple of hours to see if they would stretch. And to top it all off, even though they were in error, I have to pay to have it shipped back to China! I do believe that would cost quite a bit of money that I will not pay, especially since they shipped the wrong item! I will never order from them again and I do not recommend them!

Think twice before ordering from Miss Sixty USA!!! If you want to return something or you want it exchanged, they don’t provide a shipping label ! You are supposed to pay out of your pocket and it can be more expensive than the item itself! So now I am stuck with a pair of $200 jeans that are too big of me and no way of sending it back to the Hong Kong warehouse!!!! I wish they were more transparent about their return policy! Even if they reimburse your shipping fees( in case of an exchange only) it is up to $20 :))) So beware! I feel scammed at this point !
Stay away!
I bought a pair of shorts from their website which were too big. When I asked about a returns slip they told me it was shipped from Hong Kong and the shipping charges were not included in the hefty prices they charge for their clothing. When I enquired why that wasn’t made clear on the website they even told me that returns to Hong Kong from the U.K. would be quicker than returns to their warehouse in Italy 🙄. Awful awful customer service. I am out a lot of money trying to ship something to Hong Kong. Please don’t make the same mistake as me

Quality is ok, and it is not made in italy.. it was shipped from Hong Kong China.
Return process is horrible.. i would not mind paying shipping fee if they would provide shipping label to customer. I have to go to UPS or USPS and pay over $80 to return item cost $320…

Quality of the product is well below their price point. Cheap stuff from China at HUGE mark ups!
No returns… parcels get lost in Italian postal offices
You can not return the clothes. Despite following the return instructions and paying the cost, 6 weeks have passed and still no refund. Do not purchase unless you are confident you will not need to return.

Don’t understand all bad reviews here, i love Miss Sixty, quality, style and sizing totally wonderful, i am skinny and small, so size XXS fits perfectly and all lines and shapes made beautiful on their clothes.
