Alex and staff were so welcoming and helpful.
Extra assistance in unlaoding the car and special touches such as the welcoming drink, mini bar and snacks and general care was a great start to a road trip.

My most recent interaction with Misterb&b was extremely negative. I was supposed to come to Berlin for a weekend and the person I was staying with tells me 2 days before that he is not renting the apartment anymore. Misterb&b offered no support to help me find another suitable accommodation. Basically just gave me a little voucher and said “sometimes this happens” and clearly no one was willing to take me last minute. I had to book a hotel last minute, as it way more expensive. So yeah, needless to say I will hardly be using their services again. Booking.com ensures a better service.

I am a verified misterb&b host with only 5-star guest reviews and a record of excellent guest experiences. Despite repeated formal and personal messages, misterb&b (Pinklab360 SASU, France) continues to withhold payment for completed and paid stays at my private residence in Valencia, Spain.

The company is demanding a tourism registration number that cannot legally be issued for shared-use primary residences, as confirmed by the Government. No lawful or contractual justification has been provided, and direct messages remain unanswered.

In preparing my formal legal notice (19 October 2025, citing EU Regulation 2019/1150 and Spanish civil and consumer-protection law), I also became aware of other hosts reporting similar difficulties reaching senior management and obtaining payouts. While I cannot speak for their individual situations, this appears to reflect a wider pattern of unresponsiveness toward hosts.

In my experience, misterb&b combines a valuable idea with serious governance and accountability gaps. Guests may have positive stays, but hosts should be aware that payouts can be delayed indefinitely and leadership may not engage when problems arise.

So far, wherever I went using misterb&b I felt safe and welcomed. Not only for tourism or vacation but also for work trips or emotionally charged family visits I could talk openly to my hosts and was understood. Oh, and of course I love well designed apartments 😉

This website is great for exploring hosts around the world. Easily navigate areas of interest with a simple touch of your finger. Any host will be knowledgeable about the area you’re staying. Happily informing sites, restaurants, amusement parks or coastal beaches.

I've never been disappointed about the condition and comfort of the places I have stayed at. The pricing has changed and not for the better. All these taxes and charges added on are not invited and I am starting to find hotels at a much cheaper rate.

On this occasion, the bandb was exactly as described. The hosts were nice and sweet and very efficiently Germanic! ;-)
