Poor customer service
Bought a pair of shoes 10 days ago for €197.90. The item is now listed at €164.90 — a €33 drop. I asked for the price difference to be refunded and was refused. No flexibility, no reasonable resolution. Poor customer service on a straightforward request.

As explained in our correspondence, your order was placed before the promotion began. Prices and promotions can change over time, and unfortunately we are unable to apply a discount retroactively to orders that were completed before the promotion started.
However, since the shoes were unworn, we confirmed that you were welcome to return them in line with our return policy.
We understand that this may not have been the solution you were hoping for, but we applied the same policy consistently and provided the available option to benefit from the new price.

Missing delivery, no response
My package went missing a week ago. I am no longer receiving any updates from the shipper. Despite reaching out to MisterRunning 4-5 times I have yet to even receive an acknlowledgement much less an actual update.

Good in terms of shipment and shoes. Good in term of return, but they use DHL and UPS, and there are really few places in the south of france were you can deposit the package.
