Delays and delays

Until now I have to give a bad rating. I have ordered the glass and they did not arrive as per schedule, I need to wait an extra week. After that I picked-up them but the lenses were not cut correctly. I needed to argue with different people in order to agree to have new pair of glasses and they told me this time they will do manually and not with machine. At the beginning I only listened it’s normal, I have 38 years old and always had glasses…. Never saw such bad job. They have ordered new one with standard waiting time of 2 weeks , and now I just received message of further delay… looks like the delay is nothing unexpected but standard with this company. In addition at the beginning I booked the style check and control of eyes. Both very bad services, first they did not suggest any glasses, or did not told me what can be suitable to me, I just picked up what I like, secondly the eye check was really poor. The lady put the glasses and asked me if I see good, all my life optician is changing lenses and asking which which I look better. It’s obviously if you put in my eyes glasses I will see good but without comparison is impossible to validate what is the exact need. I just found it unprofessional. I hope that the glasses will arrive in time and this time with glasses cut correctly

0 Customer service. My package with my glasses haven't been delivered and I can't contact the delivery service or mister spex. Joke of a company. Going to return my order and buy somewhere else.

Poor service and unreliable

Promises a professional and reliable service on their website, yet in reality fails at the basic logistics of getting their customer a product. I will not be returning to Mister Spex and would rather pay a little more and actually get the product I ordered.

Everything worked perfectly.

Everything worked perfectly.
Unfortunately the glasses didn´t work well for me because the model I ordered was too small, but the delivery speed was great, as well as the refund and the customer care.

Quite sad to write this

Quite sad to write this. I have been waiting weeks for my refund to be released to me and it hasn’t happened. Shocking service and just excuses each time. Their customer service line is permanently engaged too.

Damage on my sun glass

I ordered Ray-Ban sunglasses here and received them with damage. Now I'm without sunglasses while almost going on vacation. They don't think of solutions either because I just have to send it back and then you can order a new one.

Be careful as you can be left without…

Be careful as you can be left without product or money for several weeks!
The sunglasses I bought have manufacturer defect which reported a few weeks after purchase. I was told I can return or go to the opticians to have it adjusted. I made a mistake and had them adjusted by boots opticians, but after a few weeks that happened again and since a month passed after my purchase I could only send them for repair or exchange (that what I was told over the phone) Bear in mind that the company is based outside the UK so any returns or warranty repairs take even 6 weeks when you are left without a product or the money. When I finally received an email stating that they send me a package back, there was absolutely no indication of what’s inside or what has been done with the sunglasses. When I called them the same day I was told a new pair of sunglasses has been shipped (what a lie). You can imagine my surprise when I opened a package a few days later and found my old sunglasses. When called them again was told that the old ones had been repaired. I told them that that’s not what I supposed to get as for sure the issue will happen again due to manufacturer fault and I am gonna end up sending them again and again, every time being left without a product for several weeks. I was told that’s the procedure and I am not entitled to a refund after the initial first month. So be careful and consider buying from a UK based companies!
Edit: the sunglasses came back from a repair with damaged screw. Contacted them about that but no reply as of yet. Looks like will be left without a product for another several weeks 😂
