Good product and customer service personally reached out after the first order mishap.

No tracking number that actually provides any useful information, no updates, and no product. Of course the money from my account disappeared right away and yet, nearly two weeks later, still no product nor tracking update.

Fourth week no update on shipper no device no e juice 115$ down the drain

I ordered and it was prompt delivery in the time frame said. Only thing I didn’t like was the cost of delivery.

there was a problem with the shipping. confusion on how was to be delivered. Item ordered was not the same as what was received.

I placed my order on September 27, 2022
And I have not received it or any correspondence concerning my purchase I’ve ordered from Misthub on several occasions and this has never happened I don’t understand 18 days and still no package

Shipping takes along time and tracking doesn’t work so it’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t know when I will receive my product. No updates since the first email. And the tracking service website just says 2-5 day shipping and it has said that for 7 days now

I ordered the rainbow colored Endura T18 vaping kit. I received the wrong color and the equipment is not working properly. I am currently unable to use the device. I also find it difficult that all communication is electronic and speaking with a live person is not an option. There was also a delay in the shipping time estimated to receive the device.

You might wanna wait until I get my juice before you ask how my experience was. Pay a extra $60 for shipping and it's been 13 days since I ordered my juice. Still waiting

After two weeks I have still not received my order, without any explanation.

I understand that the government has thrown a wrench into the works by allowing big tobacco to muck around with the e-cigarette economy. I also understand that the e-cigarette companies have been forced to find different ways to get their products to the folks who use them. But, I placed my order on August 10th, and have yet to see it.
I have since placed an order through another company, on august 15th, as a matter of fact, and received THAT ONE, on the 18th. So…

Fast shipping and great products. I just wish that I could of used my 15 percent off coupon on the products I purchased. I tried to use the coupon and it was denied.

The 1.8ohm coils are the best for mouth to lung and don't leak!!
