Mr. Thomas Basel was really good with the day we started interacted with him. He is humble and really good with his clients and is always available. He responds faster than any other agency in the Franconia region. The houses he showed were really good spacious and we really liked them.

The company have nice executives well they might be reply after 24hrs but they are very efficient and know about the area well.

The service from Mitwohnzentrale Franken is excellent to find the apartment. I would to recommend there service to my friends.

The team is responsive and doing great job for finding house for expats. I am totally satisfied with the service.

As a newcomer to Nürnberg and Germany, I am very satisfied with Mitwohnzentrale Franken, they have helped me with all my issues. My only small complaint is, it would be nice to receive confirmation of contact (for instance an automatic e-mail reply) so you know your request has been received.

I am a student who was looking for an accomodation since past 3 months but was not able to get one and was having a really hard time. But when I contacted Mitwohnzentrale Franken, all of my worries were vanished and I got a new home in Nuremberg within a week!

The service is good and process is swift for renting a house. The staffers are really helpful and usually reply fast.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! Mitwohnzentrale Franken is truly a scam agency that I would avoid at all costs.

The apartment itself was nice and the owner of the apartment was super kind and helpful. The agency however was very unorganized and unprofessional, causing a lot of stress and confusion in the move out process.

I had heard they charged high cleaning fees, so I deep cleaned the apartment for almost 2 full days before moving out, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned the fridge, oven, appliances, etc. Honestly I left it better than when I arrived. I was still charged a 190 euro cleaning fee (27 eur/hour + materials & VAT). I am not sure how they could have cleaned the apartment for 5 hours when it was left completely cleaned.

Again, I would never use this agency again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Go through a landlord directly.

I am not sure, who their customers are. They ignore me now since about 1 month. They dont care about my legitimate problems regarding high cleaning costs.. The apartment was clean, I took pictures myself and now the apartment was supposedly dirty and greasy.. sure..
