Timely support provided and good coordination

Inside the apartment is generally good, with some exceptions(for example when I arrived bottom of its curtain in bathroom was very dirty).

But outside is crowded in the nights because of the restaurant.

Generally it is OK.

I got the good and timely support. And very helpful in resolving the issues if any.

Apartment was clean at my arrival but some information was not clear at the beginning for example ARD/ZDF payment. Description of the apartment says everything was included, and as a foreign I didn’t know anything about that tax and in the contract does not states that I needed to pay it. As it is a temporary accommodation the owner needs to pay it not the tenant or state so in the contract.

Good service, quite accommodating of my requests and able to communicate and manage the move very well and in English. Very good experience overall, special regards to Ms. Faltermeir - very helpful and understanding.

The service provide by Mithwohnzentrale is really good and helped in settling in Germany fast.

This service has been the best I have had in my time in Nürnberg-English language help was always available, and they have gone out of their way to help me find good living situations more than once! Cannot recommend MwZ highly enough.

The people in this agency are nice and very promt in communications and are willing to help. They take responsibility and request you have and support best way they can.

The issues were:
The apartment was kept for few day as they wanted to fix some things and clean the apartment. However when I got the apartment there was a big proble with insect infestation (small moths). They are everywhere and have eggs and larvae in the rooms. I dont know what cleaning they did.

The experience with this agency has been great, they are very helpful and help you find the place that suits better your needs. Price/value seems fare to me.
Locations is great, close to the city center.

Good and fast service, friendly staff, and special thanks to Mrs Heike for her continuous support.

Too many people handle the same case..don't know who is the person responsible.

Don't use their service! Really bad experience! Their professional conduct is very unappropriate! At the end of the contract, they charged me for light bulbs that were burnt and for cleaning the flat. The light bulbs were burnt when I received the flat (which I informed them in written on e-mail, but they ignored it) and the flat was cleaner when I left it then when I received it (and I have pictures to prove that). They completely ignored my notifications. Plus when I paid the rent, they gave me a wrong account number so I had to pay twice (once on the account that they gave me, and once on the right account) and I had to go through a lot of hassle before being able to recuperate the rent that I had paid on the wrong account because of their own fault. I don't even have words to express my disappointment and disgust with this company! Avoid it at all cost!

Later edit: I was contacted by Trustpilot and Mitwohnzentrale to provide additional information and documents, which I did! I have to add that, before posting this review, I have contacted Mitwohnzentrale numerous times via e-mail in order to solve this issue amicably, but they never replied! Also I see that after my review several positive ones miraculously appeared on Trustpilot almost at the same time and other negative ones somehow disappeared, which is probably what they intend to do with mine (in my opinion). I hope Trustpilot is really trustworthy!
