From the moment I stepped onto the forecourt, I had nothing but friendly, open and honest customer service. James was my salesman, who was very supportive with my queries as well as refreshingly giving me the space to view the car, make my own decisions on the purchase and part exchange. MJA in Guildford have a lovely balance of being highly professional, welcoming, fair and honest as well as making you feel as if they are doing the best for you. I would definitely recommend MJA to friends and family.. and just make sure you look around the complete forecourt, as they have good quality cars both out front and behind the building.

Popped into the Guildford branch of MJA looking for an SUV for camping, dog walking and general lugging tools and equipment around.
James Van Buskirk was great. He chatted about what I needed and why, price range and then looked up what was available over their sites that fitted the bill. A test drive was arranged and I was a happy bunny!
I loved the fact that James wasn't pushy, patronising or heavy on the sales patter. He looking at what I needed/wanted and let the car sell itself.

MJA car sales is a wonderful place to buy from. Our new Ford Ranger was in immaculate condition, low miles and the best price we could find anywhere.

James was incredible, he went above and beyond to make sure the sale went smoothly, explaining each step, and took time in week before collection to call regularly to ensure everything was as expected. It was so refreshing buying from MJA and James specifically - there was no pressure, just wonderfully helpful advice and support- like buying from an old friend. James even shared local walks and restaurants as he knew we were travelling down to the area to make the most of the day/collect Ranger. Amazing! If I could give more stars I would. Very happy indeed - how car sales should be! :-)

Have just bought a Ford Focus from MJA in Guildford. First class service from both John and Stuart from first contact with MJA through to collecting the car. Car as described and reasonably priced. One of the best car buying experiences I have had during over 40 years of motoring!

From the time I stepped onto the forecourt to look at a car to when I brought the car is was smooth sailing. James was great! There was no hard sale and no pressure at anytime. I was able to test drive the car there and then and then another one the next morning. James really listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to find the perfect car as well as looking up accessories I needed for dogs such as a boot protector. I am very happy with how smoothly it all went from start to finish and would definitely recommend MJA and James.

My experience with James at MJA was amazing start to finish. James definitely went above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He was very transparent about the whole transaction, put me under no pressure at all and was thoroughly helpful and informative. He is actually still helping now with advice on my old car, which he really doesn't have to do. MJA is a great business to buy from. I was getting tired with the big car supermarkets offering dirty, low value cars and pushy salesman’s. Simon at MJA provided a great service, allowed me to check over the car in my own time and allowed a test drive there and then. Because the car was in such great condition, I put down and deposit and the rest ran smoothly. I would recommend MJA to buy a car from.
