Good shop give me free box please

The clothes were horrible, in their pictures and advertising they have brand new north face, Nike etc, when the parcel came it was fake adidas, champion and vans which are brands that would not sell mystery boxes if they were advertised this way. Very old and tatty clothes that you would not be able to take to a charity shop as it would get rejected, especially an adidas that I am certain is fake. I spent £93 quid on 3 boxes and it was all awful, if I spent 20 quid I would still be very upset with what I got. Do not waste your money on mystery boxes from websites like this.

took 3 weeks to come, clothes not as advertised, gave me the wrong sizing. not very good clothes wouldn't recommend

I ordered the 3 piece mystery box, i ordered it as a small which i normally am, however the items were too small. I asked if i would be able to exchange them and they allowed me to do so. Currently waiting for the exchanged mystery box but great customer service from the team

Bought the ‘perfectly imperfect’ box and was amazed with the quality !! Imperfections are barely noticeable, items are great value for money, and clean !! Shipping was also super speedy, it arrived within 4 days. Would definitely recommend :)

I am over the moon with this company!! Thing with mystery boxes is that they’re a gamble. U pay money to have someone else decide what you get with no knowledge of you other than your size. But in this case I wsd not dissapointed one bit. One of the items I got was a red nike sweatshirt, a colour I normally wouldn’t wear and especially wouldn’t buy for myself, but since getting such I have not stopped. I love it. As well and the jacket and other sweatshirt I received. As far as condition is concerned two of the items looked like they had barely been worn before. One of the items (the red nike) had a ever so slightly washed out apearsnce. But if u ask me it’s part of the charm. Your nit buying things new, if you wanted new you would go to the shops and get it. Everything was incredibly wearable and easy to swap into every day outfits. Very very happy will be ordering again

The experience of opening the mystery box on Christmas Day, a present to my sister. Began the day with the biggest smile.

Unfortunately i saw other reviews after i placed my order.
The clothes were vile.
I thought i would be getting a “jacket” or “coat” and received a adidas hoodie which i’m pretty sure is fake as it’s extremely thin and feels cheap.
I opted for 2 tops over 1 top 1 set of jeans.
One was a tommy shirt JUMPER and the other was a adidas top 3 times the size of what i asked for.
Would also say these items were fakes.
Would not recommend.

Couldn’t wear the suppose outfit, Trousers was dark green track bottom top was pale green jumper and a black zip up, which was in awful condition. I understand these items are second hand but the zip up was smelly and had brown stains on the white strips… I had to put zip up in bin! Do not waste money.

Very poor quality items. Stained, broken zip, logo cracking and faded. Not what I was expecting at all and definitely not value for money. Avoid.

Disappointed in the quality which I expected a little better didn’t help the items arrived un-ironed and to be honest I’d rather have gone to the charity shop as items were low grade and I would have paid less than the 29.99 price tag. I’m pleased I didn’t spend the full price of 65. Live and learn.
