Very prompt and helpful.
I'd ordered a different model than the one I got, however apparently the model I ordered had factory issues. The good people at mobility machines rang me to tell me of the problems with the machine I'd ordered and offered me an other model (which in fact was better). Very helpful, and gave lots of information.
The ordering and delivery process was very straightforward. On delivery I had a question which was answered very promptly. All in all excellent customer service and a joy to use.

Excellent service and very trustworthy. Received the scooter for my disabled daughter in rapid time and Ash was very informative throughout the whole process. Excellent advice led to the correct choice of buggy
Excellent advice from a Mobility Machines employee enabled me to choose the buggy which best suited my needs. His knowledge of the options and clear explanation of differences between models enabled me to decide with confidence. The order was processed and dispatched without delay. As a result I now have a well designed and very well made piece of kit. A big outlay for me, but well worthwhile as it has already expanded my horizons.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Firstly for customer services and in particular Ash. He went beyond the call of duty considering he dealt with all our queries while on family holiday. Secondly the machine is finely engineered and does what it says. It's perfect for our needs.

Myself n my sister purchased a mobile scooter and was given a 100%serves from start to finish .the one we had ordered was out of stock but was given a phone call about another and explained everything about it .had promised it would be delivered when asked only giving a few days .that wasn't a problem when delivered was well packed so no damage could occur on transit very happy with service n will recommend to my friends n family
