Truly amazing customer service. I have used Mobilo for the past year. When I might have damaged my card from wear and tear, I reached out to go about getting a new card and smart button for my phone. The Mobilo team sent me a replacement in three business days! Forever grateful for their service and knowing their support stays on top of things!

Joey is always readily available and pretty quick to respond. He is helpful and the cards have had no issues as of late.

Issues resolved

Excellent customer service. Once I messaged them on their website, a representative called me to place my order for me. They made as many corrections as needed. Cards arrived quickly. 10/10

Sean and Mauricio did a great job of explaining Mobilo to us and helping us understand how it will positively impact the way we do business. Once we ordered cards for our organization, they arrived in a day and they look great. So far, Mobilo's service has been stellar. We're excited to roll it out!

I ordered a couple of the Mobilo cards yesterday for the first time. Very impressed with how fast my proofs came back for review. Sean Samson was extremely helpful during the process for which I am very thankful as I was looking for a quick turnaround. Would highly recommend this company. The customer service was exceptional!

The Mobilo card is a great product at a good price. Every time I use it, it gets a lot of attention. The ability to use NFC or the QR code is a very good option, and the app works well.

I've gotten great support from the team at Mobilo, and I have (and will continue) to recommend them to friends and business contacts.

We have not yet seen the product delivered or used it yet but so far the experience with the personnel has been great!

The areas for improvement with Mobilo are largely with the user experience of the site which is not service breaking.

But as I said, so far so great!
