I booked a parking spot in Eindhoven through this agency, paying in advance to avoid the hassle of finding parking in an unfamiliar city. When I arrived, I discovered that there were no spaces available. After calling support, they canceled my reservation, leaving me stranded to find last-minute parking on my own. I ended up paying triple the original cost at a nearby parkade. This agency clearly overbooks its spots, creating unnecessary stress and extra expenses. If you’re looking for reliable parking, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Pro:
Parking lot in the outer area, so also for higher cars possible.

Cons:
- Not so easy to find the intrance.
- Bad booking process! First the amount was not booked due to an error, so I tried a second time.
Finally the amount was booked twice! No phone availability. After an email I got a quick refund.
- For 5 hours we payed the price for the whole day. Unfortunately we thought, we would be back earlier... We should just have booked till 10pm to be save (it is the same price, as we already paid the price for the whole day). But so we were about 45min too late, than our booked departure time. The app said, we have to pay over 10EUR extra fees, although we already paid for the whole day.
We tried at least 20 times to pay that extra fees, again problems loading the page after entering the Credit card information. Fortunately there was a friendly security guy, who advised us to go to the Hotel Reception. There the madam was so kind to open the "schlagbaum" for us. Thank you for that. Neverttheless we cannot recommend this parking with this buggy booking process...

It was an amazing experience. Opening a garage door just pushing a botton of my phone had put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. The parking fee was cheap and in a zone very close to the center of the city. I'm going to repeat that experience shortly!

Worse experience ever!!! We had 2 cars and both were given the same parking space 229 with different reservation nummer. The parking space was for 1 car and it was surrounded by other parking spaces. So if you park 1 car you can get trapped by other cars with no way out!

We called the number in the mail 1000x times but no one answers!! We should of park outside anyways! And with kids with us!

NEVER again with Moby Park!!!! Worse experience ever!!!!!

The parking, hotel etc were fine. However, we chose Mobypark because it made it very clear that the parking ticket included (apparently free) shuttle bus on there site, I checked 3 times. When we got there it turned out there was no bus and they could pick you up for 5 euros a head if you had booked this in advance. This cost an extra 40 euros in Ubers, meaning many of the other parking services would have been cheaper had they not deliberately misled people.

This was a great app to find a perfect parking for my visit in Amsterdam. All went well.

Easy booking, such as access and exit from the car park, available also for LPG car.
Easy to reach, close to the center which can be reached quickly on foot.

Parking was close to event. And Mobypark personnel was very helpful in pointing out shortcuts as well as local attractions on the routes coming and going. I would look for them to use again at a next event.

It was a great parking experience. Absolutely recommendable! Amazingly friendly and helpful stuff and well organized. And there were even toilets for free. You can easily walk to Gofferten Park.

Easily accessible from the motorway. Good signposting aided our way in. Friendly staff on site to guide us to our parking spot. Even restrooms are available for those in need 😉 Ideally located with respect to Goffertpark - less than 30 mins walk from car to entrance. Upon return, good lighting plus staff on site made us feel safe and secure. Great experience all around.

The First time Book a parking Lot , and everything was super, the parkingfee, the Parking-Lot and the payment method with the email Details ! I will Book again when needed!

I rented parking at Nijmegen to visit a Goffertpark concert. Very friendly employees. Spacious parking places. Not in a dark corner but a well illuminated row. Employees stay during the parking to keep it safe. Good experience. I recommend it

I can highly recommend mobypark. Registration was easy. Access to the booked garage in Brussels was via the use of a simple web interface, which worked smoothly. Advanced idea. Fair conditions
