I had problems placing an order online on the Sunday so I emailed asking for help.
When I checked my emails on Monday I was surprised to see a reply sent on Sunday!
Vicky was very helpful and I successfully completed my order on Monday.
I opted for the free postage and am delighted that my order was delivered today (Wednesday).
The tops are lovely - silky and not made of polyester but viscose, a natural fibre.
I thoroughly recommend Modamore for their first class service and will buy from them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the website. When my package arrived I was not given a order invoice and a refund and exchanges form and stamp. This puzzled me as to why it has been left out. I needed to exchange the shoes for a bigger size so I contacted Modamore help team and they helped me through the process from emailing me a returns and exchanges form and stamp. The delivery is fast and now I am happy with my shoes. I will say that this issue needs to be taken up with the packing team.
