Clothes are rubbish. They look cheap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing special, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Just been reading the reviews and ive ordered twice from modatoi now and had no problems. Just done my third order, very cheap and stylish i love it!

DID NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY OR EVEN APOLOGISE. I HAD TO PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE. NO ANSWER ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. EMAILS GO IGNORED. EVERY TIME I ASK ABOUT MY REFUND (HAVE TO EMAIL ON AVERAGE THREE TIMES TO GET A RESPONSE) THEY TELL ME THEY "HAVE NOT REGISTERED MY RETURN" ALMOST MONTH LATER.

THIEVES - CROOKS - BAD BUSINESS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

O.m.goooood please do not order anything please is so so bad kvality and they you have to pay post back to FRANCE so expensive never evere again

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my fiance for a birthday present. and although the website was in English the order confirmation emails were not, all I can say is thank god i paid attention in French class (at this point i was unaware it was a foreign company). the shoes were dispatched within the 48 hours they state in their website when they arrived we found that they did not fit. (i am aware that that is no fault of modatoi). because the shoes didn't fit i emailed them and received no response. so far i have sent 5 emails none of which i have received a response to and the window of which i can return the items is closing fast leaving me with 3 useless pairs of shoes. after reading the T&C's i have also found that even if they did decide to respond i would have to pay for extra shipping leaving me even further out of pocket just to get a refund. so in a sense i would have spent £15 for 3 pairs of shoes to fly to the U.K and then back to France. not impressed and be warned!!!!!!

i orderd my items a MONTH ago...upto now i havent heard from them, i have talked to atleast different women who have ignored me most of the time :( i just want my money back...what do i do?

Made a big order, never came so i had to chase it for 5 weeks to be told by different women that they will get back to me! i spent £40 in calls to France! a nightmare! They cut me off so many times when i asked for a manager and im still waiting for a manager to call me back after a further 5 calls, and so probably a total of £50 calls! So many emails sent to 'lalia' and have just been ignored! £200 down the drain! Ive never made a complaint to anyone, but this has caused me so much stress! Uk BEWARE

I paid £50 for a pair of boots only to receive the wrong ones! And, if that was not bad enough, the silver chain around the ankle was held together with dirty string, instead of chain links! I didn't send them back as the way i had been treated i thought they were a scam company! My advice would be to not buy from this company, especially if you live in the UK!
Modatoi is based abroad and errors will be of more expense to you.

although they are beautiful shoes, i ordered 4 pairs, 1 pair sent was the completly wrong design, and the other 3 pairs were very uncomfortably and too big, so as it states on website "customer satisfaction 100%" it is NOT, as after paying £45 to send them back they refused to cover my postage costs as they do not send any invoices for return if there is a problem and do not cover your costs which i think is very sad :(

It's very easy to order, great service and delivery was faster than expected. Got everything i ordered with satisfaction. Will recommend them. Definately be using them again..!

I was worried about ordering from UK but had no need too! Very good price, very quick delivery and very good quality shoes. So far made 2 orders with them and no problems at all... (Other than receiving the parcel tracker in French!!... but this is easily translated.) Thank you
