Ongoing poor customer service
I have received no additional parts to my Ford GT40 collection for 6 months now. I have emailed and spoken to customer service many times, but either do not get a response at all or the response I get does not solve my problem. Either way I am still waiting on parts!

Do not buy anything from this pathetic company , got up to issue 58 which has cost £580 nothing for 7 months due to payment issues apparently then out the blue last month a pack turned up which was the wrong pack , so rang then and the pack I’ve waited for for 7 months is out of stack a joke , and today after already a 7 month wait I get a email saying there will be delays due to moving warehouse , what a complete joke

How are you still trading when you have clearly been selling subscription issues that you cannot fulfil.
My brother and I are both over half way through the Millennium Falcon build and have been sent utter lies for months.
Will you be refunding my now worthless subscription? Or like others I'll initiate a claim and contact trading standards.

Told parts were in stock and that someone would return my call, still waiting a month later with no further contact. Perhaps it's time to contact Trading Standards. Steer clear of this company, does not meet it's obligations to its customers

8 months of being messed around
For 8 months i have contacted model space in about getting pack 13 of the millennium falcon, i have been promised e-mails (never happend)...promised pack 13 which was paid for the end of june last year(never arrived), i was told that because of covid it will be delayed, i rang (again), 3 weeks ago and was told that i would get an e-mail and the goods would be posted to me,(another lie) because i rang again this morning and was told the same thing.and was told the same thing. 10 days and counting. does it have to get legal??

I hate having to give you 1 star but I have been waiting over two years for pack 5 of my vw t1 samba camper van and I can’t go any further with build at all I have been sending you email on emails the last 2 months what have been ignored I have payed a lot of money for this build which I can’t finish till I recieve pack 2.

After months of emails
After months of emails , phone calls etc... trying to get the last 10 parts to my millennium falcon issues i have now started a Law suit.
I have been sent the same responses i guess as many other customers in the same situation,stating their system is down , lost payment details, no parts available, the list goes on and on .
To this the company has failed in everything they have stated.
So i have instructed a civil law suit to conduct reimbursement of all payments , law costs , and compensation to an agreement to which DeAgostini ModelSpace has not adheared to or executed to their agreement.
Good luck to all customers that are finding themselves in the same situation. I would advise anyone with the same or simular postion as i find myself to start a CIVIL LAW SUIT .

Never again
Today I cancelled my order from Germany in December 2020 for the VW Beetle Cabriolet complete set. Until today I only reached always the pre-defined phrases from customer service like "unfortunately the parts are not in stock....." and so on.
I am also excited how my twelve-month subscription for the VW Bulli will continue. I ordered in August 2020 and until today I became four deliveries. Now I am waiting since about 15 months to get further deliveries. Always the same phrases "supplier can not deliver". It's a little bit strange that I never had and have problems with competitor from France. So be careful !
The actual reply from DeAgostini does not really help. Again a pre-defined text (take a look on other answers and compare). And what they suggest is what I do since more than a year. Poor Company, no service. EVERYBODY WHO WANTS TO BUY SOMETHING THERE SHOULD THINK TWICE. HIGH RISK THAT MONEY IS THROWN AWAY BECAUSE YOU CANNOT FINISH YOUR MODEL.

Total bunch of dim wits!! Been trying now 8 months to get a new payment debit set up after it stopped Last June.
I contacted De-agastini who told me my model belongs to Modelspace. Contacted Modelspace who told me it belongs to De-agastini!
After numerous phone calls and emails Modelspace said I that I need an email with the details of how to set a new direct debit up and they would ask for it to be sent to me. Guess what........STILL WAITING.
Numerous requests and still no email. Talk about ridiculous.
Please avoid these companies like the plague. They have supplied me with nearly all of the partworks needed but without the Last4 I can't complete my model. They make the muppets look intelligent.

Started off ok, but have not received any parts now for a year. Multiple emails. Response is the same. No eta. Not helpful. Did the millenium falcon. r2 d2 has bee a disaster. At this point would not go back or recomment.

some time ago I ordered a complete kit of the sovereign of the seas.It arrived in a big box,135 packs just thrown in,no order at all. I checked every pack,some were missing,some were wrong. The customer service was diabolical! They said all the right things on the phone but nothing materialised into action.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
Just so new customers can see what this company is like. My dad who is a disabled pensioner subscribed to this VW T1 bus two years ago. He has not received any more parts for it since May last year 2021.He also subscribed to their Polski Fiat at the same time and now has two half built models. He has spent hundreds of pounds on. De Agostini just messaged me this morning and told me that this model above VW T! is now discontinued and if he wants to complete his half built model that he will have to re subscribe to it again in full and start it again from the beginning. So in effect he will basically have to buy this model one and a half times to complete it!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 WE ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THEM. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL GET ANYWHERE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! You contact them and you are just passed from pillar to post, lied to fobbed off hung up on and the staff are just plain rude to you AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

7 months since my last pack Ford GT40
7 months since my last pack (#10) of Build a Ford GT40 ! Customer Service just says I should receive an email today to reactivate my account, but that has been going on for 2 weeks now. As of 2nd Feb 2022 no email and no information.
I want a full refund for the 10 part works received which are totally useless without the rest

Since 6 months I am waiting for my packages to arrive. My subscription stopped and my account got frozen 6 months ago. I can no longer log-in as I never existed. Last 6 months I called the customer support maybe a 100 times. I sent several emails. ABSOLUTELY NEVER got reply to my emails! On the phone I got the same answer - we have troubles with payment system, call next week. You will NEVER get reply to your emails. YOU WILL NEVER get your problems solved. Just spend your money somewhere else. There are plenty of models out there with a better quality. Save your self the pain and frustration. Do not be fulled by marketing SCAM with easy hassle free subscription. IT IS NOT hassle free. Your enthusiasm will be killed and at the end you will hate your project. I do not want to sit in my office and look at this model that reminds me for 3 years ( so far) anger and frustration. Fun fact - after first break in my subscription - yeah this is not the first time DeAgostini are doing that- I posted a negative review here. I got reply to it here on this platform - please email us with your problem and we will take care of it. Absolute SCAM! I sent an email right away. Do you think somebody replied to it or solved my issue? NOBODY! So again RUN! Run away from this scam and never look back. They do not deserve your time, money or attention.
