Lie after lie
I've been collecting the Rossi bike for 4yrs now considering it was only a 2yr subscription I've had nothing but excuses and lies since Brexit they wont tell you its Brexit related but we all know different the non existing Email will never be sent I'm currently seeking legal advice as I'm left with a partial completed model they say they have the 3 remaining issues but can not sell me them via a paypal which leads me to believe their also lying about the stock too. Stay away if you wish to avoid disappointment.

AWFUL COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!
This is the company who handle Sales and Customer service for DeAgostini. I purchased a Model kit from them for over £800 in September 2020. When it arrived, several parts were missing. Customer service told me they were aware of the missing Pack and it would soon follow. But here I am in 2022 AND STILL NO PARTS!! Customer service constantly blame DeAgostini, yet DeAgostini say they "do not have access" to Model Space. So, someone is lying.
I am so tired of listening to the excuses and outright lies from these people, that I am considering legal action, along with many unhappy modellers.
I urge you not to have any dealings with this company and their "questionable" business practices.

Subscription stopped and silence since!
Around July\August 2021 I received what was to be my last MiG29 subscription issues from Model-Space. To this date, I have had no email\nothing from them and when I call, the phone just rings. I have invested a lot of time\effort and money in this partwork and being very dissapointed is an understatement. This needs to be resolved! I would say to folk that be very wary.

I placed an order for this kit in December 2019 to have it in time for Xmas, it was never delivered, I rang and emailed them many times in 2020 and was told it was out of stock then a year after my order I requested a refund, £136. They sent a few emails asking for bank account numbers that were unnecessary since it was paid for my credit card. Needless to say I was not refunded. This company in a SCAM

There has been a breakdown In your payment methods and after sending an email to the parent company, to which I have not had a response and like everyone else have not received any parts, I am some what disgusted. IAN and Roy have been a god send and tried to get things sorted out, I have been a customer to your company now for 21 years and never known any thing like this. I suggest you talk to your customers either by email or phone to keep them in the loop that way they won't walk a do there business else where.

3 Aug 2021 – Send a mail to ModelSpace CS advising that I have done what was asked but have not received any confirmation that transaction was successful nor have I received any goods. ModelSpace CS reply saying “Sorry” I need to provide them with my card details as requested.
• I send reply mail demanding to speak with a manager. ModelSpace CS reply saying management in Italy I can send a mail with my concerns and they will forward it to management for review! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD SUCH NONSENSE!
• YES, ModelSpace CS is a collection of proficient spin doctors which you will NOT be able to get past!
15 Sept 2021 – Get mail from ModelSpace that possible delays with current shipment due to….get this “ Inefficiencies with the card payment system”……go figure!
26 Sept 2021 – Send mail to ModelSpace CS asking for update on shipment as have not received previous 2 month’s packages despite paying for them - NO RESPONSE FROM MODEL SPACE
11 Oct 2021 – Still have not received 2 month’s packages despite paying for them. No deduction either for Octobers package. Send mail to ModelSpace CS demanding update - NO RESPONSE FROM MODEL SPACE
20 Oct 2021 – Make an international call to ModelSpace CS to demand full refund due to absolute lack of feedback and support. I get sucked into the charm of the spin doctor on the other end of the call. “Maybe this guy will be able to help me, not like the other one,” I thought……..”OK please investigate and come back to me I ask,” and I remind him that this is the last chance as I am at my wits end. - NO RESPONSE FROM MODEL SPACE
3 Nov 2021 – Make an international call to ModelSpace CS to demand a refund. Dude (the original one I had dealt with in the past) starts just like all other calls with confirming what is on the system that packages have been delivered….bla,bla,bla,bla……I loose it and demand full refund.
• “Sorry” he says, we do not do refunds. As per the agreement I signed ………..
• I remind him that the agreement I signed was that I will have a complete model in 24 months. Who is not fulfilling this so called agreement?.....silence.

7 November – ModelSpace responds to review on trustpilot
9 November – I send email to ModelSpace CS as requested.
11 November – No acknowledgement or response from ModelSpace to date.
26 November - Still nothing from ModelSpace. Still not recieved last 2 shipments.
30 November - Finally, a mail from ModelSpace acknowledging that they are working on finding the best solution for my case and will be in touch in the next few days. Let's wait and see!
22 December - As expected and as per the usual from ModelSpace and De Agostini. I have heard nothing further and still have not received the 2 packages I paid for.
6 Jan 2022 - DeAgostinin responds to this review again advising me to contat them so they can send the 2 packages.
18 Jan 2022 - Get mail giving link to reactivate payments so parcels can continue to be sent.......
As always, they do not listen and do not care and will continue to drive their position down your throat. I repeat, De Agostini, I want a full refund of ALL costs incurred. You can arrange to collect the bits i actually did receive at your own cost.....When will you listen to your customers?

I have two accounts via Jacklin Enterprises to Modelspace UK. I already paid upfront for all outstanding issues, but two issues were not received. Now I cannot finish my two model ships, which are very expensive. Now that Jacklin Enterprises went for a dive during covid, Modelspace cannot track any of my subscriptions. How convenient is that. I sit with two models, half built because of two missing issues. I been sending emails back and forth but nobody seems to care. I would like to demand these outstanding issues to be delivered to my home in South Africa, without me having to pay customs or airport taxes. This is ridiculous. I also paid the Akagi display case. If someone from modelspace UK is reading this, please do some effort in my request by actually doing something. The contact person in South Africa is Reinhild Niebuhr. She was the founder of Jacklin Enterprises in SA. My email address is not allowed in this review

In response to this complaint Model Space UK have deleted my account - meaning I am unable to log-in to my complaint ticket and give them the verification they are asking for!
This is how Model Space UK treats its UK customers. You open a complaint because the electronic components in your kit do not work. Some months later Model Space UK sends you an email response that has no content, no text and nothing in it. They then close your complaint ticket and mark it as ‘resolved’. I can’t decide if they are negligent or incompetent - maybe both - but I do know they are not worthy of anyone’s money. If it were possible I’d give the zero stars.

Refund not issued as promised Keep getting run around.
Awful customer service. Returned an item nearly one month ago. Item was received 2 days after I returned it to them. (Someone picked it up at a CVS, weird...) Now they cannot tell me when I am going to get my refund because it "requires approval from home office," and the home office is currently not responding. I asked what they do when the home office does not respond and the rep replied "we wait until they do." After reading plenty of reviews on here, it looks like keeping money from returned items is their M.O.

missing issues
Well , where to start , I'm building the mig 29 and the Rossi motorcycle... in early August I received notification that payment hadn't been received... ( well it wouldn't because your company messed up the bloody computer payments side of things ).... spoke to a nice young man in the call centre who explained my card had declined the payment , found this hard to believe as over 10 grand is in that account .... have him the card details once again and he explained all would resume as normal .... Then we get a notice from deagostini that there had been a problem with there debit collection system ... now in October but still no parts arriving FFS .... going to have to call yet again ... the models are amazing but the company seems to be run by crap management... I have spent thousands with this company but if I manage to get the kits finished I shall be stopping with agora and hatchette for future kits , which is a shame ...

Absolutely terrible customer service
Model Space is the worst company I have ever delt with.
I paid £999 on a model they said was in stock, 2 months later I requested a refund as I still hadn't received it (to which they agreed) Then for another month I got one lie after another as to why the money wasn't credited.
In the end my credit card company forced the refund.
I would defiantly NOT recommend dealing with Model Space
