Normally love ordering from Mogu Mogu
Normally love ordering from Mogu Mogu, but this past order for some reason the app filled out the wrong delivery address, I immediately got into contact with them like less than 5 minutes after the initial order mishap via the email address provided and they ensured me that the delivery address had been changed to the correct one, but it hadn’t, Evri delivered it to the one they hadn’t changed it from, and as such the person at that address denied all knowledge of any delivery even though I had proof, I tried several times to chase this up with Mogu Mogu both before and after delivery and they have ignored all communication, extremely disappointing customer service

SPOILT PRODUCT- HEALTH CONCERN
I Ordered 4 types of drinks from Mogu Mogu from their website.
1) pack of Peach Iced tea
2) pack of summer berries tea
3) Mango tea
4) Lychees tea
All the products contain coconut jelly, which is OK BUT all the coconut jelly cubes taste and smell of coconut gone off. (tasting like stale dried coconut/oil)
Peach iced tea is so stale, the colour of the drink is brown and not the fresh/healthy looking either.
I had diarrhea and stomach ache after consuming 1 bottle of peach iced and summer berries (on different days). At first I didnt realise, but then I was informed by the pharmacist that I consumed some food item which was not fresh.
I am vegetarian and do not eat meat or fish.
I contacted the company via submitting online form to inform of the product quality and health concern.
NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT BUY MOGU MOGU PRODUCTS.
