If I could give no stars at all I would.

My sister-in-law purchased a bangle for my daughter’s first Christmas, a sentimental keepsake intended to be treasured for years. Yet after just THREE wears (on special occasions) it has discoloured to the point where it is no longer wearable.

For a company specialising in baby and toddler keepsake jewellery, I find this particularly unacceptable. What makes matters worse is being told that tarnishing is natural because the jewellery isn’t worn every day, alongside advice to clean it ourselves and purchase anti-tarnish strips. Surely a company specialising in keepsakes for babies and toddlers understands that these pieces are not going to be worn daily? They’re sentimental items intended to be treasured, not everyday jewellery that a toddler will constantly wear.

Both the product and customer service have fallen well below my expectations. I expected much better from a brand specialising in children’s keepsake jewellery. We certainly won’t be purchasing from this brand again, and I would encourage others to reconsider doing so until they take greater accountability for their product quality and customer service.

I ordered some beautiful earrings for my daughter from molly brown and they look so cute. Unfortunately we lost one of the backs of the earrings which I was gutted about. I emailed the team to see if I was able to purchase the backs separately which unfortunately wasn’t an option but they were kind enough to offer me a discount off of another pair. A few days later I heard from the team again who said they have managed to find a spare back and have posted it out to me free of charge which is just incredible customer service. So happy we get to continue using the earrings! Thank you all xx

Purchased two diamond bangles for my twin babies first birthday, and the engraving on both bangles is visibly off-centre, with my measurements confirming this. It is particularly noticeable next to the diamond, yet I was told it is “within manufacturing tolerances”. These tolerances are not disclosed anywhere on the website, so I had no way of knowing this before purchasing.

I was also told that the “p” and the “g” would naturally sit lower, but the entire name is positioned lower, not just those letters, so this explanation does not make sense.

The product I received does not match the centred engraving shown in the marketing photos. Had these tolerances been made clear, I would never have purchased the bangles.

Buyers should be aware that the finished product may not reflect the images advertised. In my experience, my concerns were not resolved

I'm very pleased with the January Birthstone Guardian Angel Garnet Necklace. Those necklace types can look cheap and childish but this one is beautiful and elegant enough for an older girl. It is adjustable though, so can be worn by a young girl.

I was particularly pleased with the service. I first ordered a different item. I cancelled this order via email at 9:04am and my refund was processed by 9:08am. As it hadn't yet been shipped, I was refunded the postage too (free postage was offered but I paid for next day delivery). I then ordered the necklace for next day delivery. I assumed it wouldn't arrive the next day, as I'm in N Ireland and nothing does but it did. I also found a 10% off code which actually worked (as they so often do not).

The packaging is beautiful. My niece will feel so grown up with this gift. I'm delighted with the product and the service!

I ordered my daughter a cross bracelet for her holy communion on Sunday and the package came on the Friday and it was beautifully packaged but on opening it, it was not the right order it was beautiful but not what I needed for the day so as you can imagine the panic; so I left a message with the customer service and they were brilliant within 10 mins I had a reply and they couldn’t be more sorry and organised for there warehouse to do an urgent replacement and special Royal Mail delivery with the correct item, it came on the Saturday and was just what I imagined it to be. There customer service was spot on and so was my order and my daughter loved it, I’ll definitely be ordering my children’s jewellery and keepsakes from yourselves. thank you again

Absolutely delighted with this Christening Bracelet. So lovely and well made. Delivery was slow but only due to Black Friday deals and delays by Royal Mail.

A beautiful locket that we bought as a Christening present for our goddaughter. When it first arrived we spotted a tiny issue with the engraving and Caroline was extremely helpful and managed to send us a replacement just in time. Excellent customer service!

What started as an exciting purchase has ended up being a waste of money! The bracelet didn’t even last 3 months without breaking! I emailed customer service to see if they could help but no, they said this has been broken by the customer! This was not the case, nothing had happened for the bracelet to break! I highly recommend that people stay away from this brand! Complete waste of money. Bracelets made by this brand are definitely not durable for children! NEVER order from this brand!

Easy to order, polite customer service and overall a good experience

I wish that I could leave no stars. Do yourselves a favour and buy from another company. I’m so angry at wasting £90 with them.ONCE YOU HAVE THE GOODS THATS IT. The aftercare is diabolical. So I’m reviewing them wherever I can to warn others.

I bought an angel necklace for my grand daughter's christening, it was absolutely adorable with her initial on it - i will certainly be purchasing again. Thankyou

The ordering simple. Delivery was very quick. The product, an engraved christening bracelet was beautiful and beautifully packaged. Customer service team were fantastic. Thank you so much.

I visited Molly Browns in York for the first time, I was looking for an outfit for a Wedding in October. The shop was full of beautiful garments but I just didn’t really know what I wanted.
However, the very lovely Fiona came to my aid and she couldn’t have been more helpful and listened to all of my concerns.
Needless to say I left the shop with a beautiful outfit that I will be so happy to wear on the day.
If you’re visiting York a visit to Molly Browns is a must, if only to see all of their gorgeous gowns and accessories.
