I have made an order for a Nike shirt in mens size XL.
I got a kids size XL. There's quite a difference - also visually.
This has happened three (!!!!) times now, with different shirts on three different orders.
This last time I asked for a full refund, not a voucher for their shop. As I don't want to do any more buisness with them. But no costumer service was in sight. They just referred to their cancelation policy that states, that refunds will be paid in vouchers. That's fine, but when you make the same mistake three times, you could be a little service minded and make the full refund.
They also promised to refund me the return-shipping costs. I still haven't received that. I even wrote them a message asking for it, but they apparently didn't feel like replying.

For item sales, they reject the majority of articles in very good condition without giving any rationale. You are then given the choice to either "donate" the rejected articles or have them returned to you on your own costs. My belief, this is a deliberate strategy to convince people to give away articles without having to pay for them. Will not use again.

Cons: clothes described as new or good condition had holes, color strains and looked like 100 washed

Credit card payment is risky at Momox Fashion. Refunds take place in partial amounts! The total amount of my order was debited immediately after ordering within 2 days. After returning a part of the goods, I have been refunded after 5 days only about 15% of my costs! According to customer support, the total amount was transferred back. Why then actually but only a partial amount of just under 100 € was credited and when exactly I get the rest of my refund, the support could not tell me either. Neither by e-mail nor by phone. This seems, to put it kindly, simply unserious. Or am I allowed to pay in installments for the next order?

If everything works out MOmox fashion has a great brand offering second hand clothing at very good prices. Unfortunately, the processing of returns is very shady so that I have to think about whether I get involved in the annoying processing again.

Horrible experience with returning an article, impossible to get someone to actually support, I returned the article 2 days after receiving it, and they said it was returned too late!!!
I will not mention the quality, but will not shop here again.

Be aware - Momox totally wipe their hands of any problems in transit! it's up to you - they do not help in any way!!!

I've been a fan of Momox for a few years, but a recently badly packed order arrived with 2 items missing.

I sent a photo showing the broken box with reinforcing DHL tape, added enroute. Box was too big & originally only closed with 1 strip of clear tape.

Instead of refunding, they expect me to carry the box 3 kms to the post office & file a claim!!!! How? why?

It was delivered by DHL. I had no contact from them in advance, so no tracking number etc. Emails to Momox just get boilerplate responses & do not address any of the issues.

Very disappointed in their poor customer service & it would put me off ordering expensive items.

Easy and uncomplicated order process. Should the Artikel not fit, return process is fast and uncomplicated.

Fantastic selection, prompt delivery, good quality, fair returns policy.

Didn't send item then refused to pay full refund. Wanted to charge me postage for an item that wasn't posted! wasted huge amounts of my time before I finally received my refund. Avoid.

Have already ordered clothes from them and was very pleased with my purchases. Great search functions and description/photography so you can see what you're getting. Prompt and accurate delivery and such great clothing for so cheap, while supporting a good cause. Will definitely shop there every season. <3

I'm always very happy with my orders; if occasionally something doesn't fit the return process is easy and uncomplicated.

Update: Don't be fooled by the company's reply. They posted exactly the same reply on my Google, but when I wrote them the information, they never got back to me.

Beware of their tricks with their vouchers! If you user a voucher, that says e.g. "20 Euro discount" (as you will get it as a new customer), they will convert this 20 Euro in percentage and split it between all articles in your placed order. If you sent something back, you are going to loss the percentages on this item for good. Solution: User your voucher only with an order as close as possible to the minimum order and order everything else in another one. And do not rely on their customers service, There are very well aware of how this tricks customers, but just point out that it is "approved by our legal compartment".

PS: If you look at the low star ratings at google you are going to find a lot of similar cases. Obviously they do not care to change.
