She quickly responded and together we decided on a design - an engraved necklace. The piece was quickly made and carefully packed and posted to me. I ordered the 3 hammered ring set for my sisters and me. Throughout the process, Ava was great in making sure to ask which rings were for which sister and what size to make each ring.

I ordered a silver ring for my boyfriend for Christmas from Ava, not only was the product beautifully made and the perfect size, but Ava's service was also very attentive and made sure it arrived on time. She also included an extra little ring as a gift which was incredibly thoughtful and a nice surprise. Highly recommend, lovely products and a great service.

So very happy with the end result. Ava worked on two pieces of jewellery. One, was a ring that had broken in half and after it was finished you would never be able to tell where the break was. Fantastic eye for detail.
Secondly, a pair of earings that had been a gift for me. The two hooks had completely snapped off and Ava came up with a design that made the earings even better than the original design. Love them and wear them all the time. Thank you Ava for your care to detail, expert eye and flare for design.

was thrilled that MonAvart was able re size two bangles for me. However the attention to detail at finding a suitable stone to match with other amber stones on a third braclet was superb , I couldn't even tell what one was missing in the end !
