Excellent service.we used Money Helper to book our travel insurance.

Each session needs to be bespoke to client’s scenario, which could be hashed out in 10 mins. Agent took 1hr 10 mins. The meeting was a waste of time.

This organisation is a complete waste of time and I wasted a lot of my time and effort yet ended up with no advice. "Book a telephone appointment" had nothing available for two months. "Book an online appointment" is a total con and at the end of it you aren't given an appointment with an adviser. I tried using "Live Chat", typed in an extremely detailed description of my problem, waited 20 minutes and received no response, closed the browser window. Then when I went back to the site later to check something else, Live Chat popped up with an adviser having asked me loads more questions. Tried to reply but was taken right back to the AI chatbot starting question of "What is your name?". Total waste of time. Then they woke me and wifey up at 1:09am by sending me an email asking for more feedback!

Excellent clear information. Saved me having to wade through all the data checks, call queues, hold music of my 2 pension providers to ask a specific question about 'small pot' rules.

Called moneyhelper after seeing Martin Lewis show, the guy was so knowledgable and helpful
I wanted clarity on a final pension and he gave me that! And talked through my other pensions
Also advised me I didn't need to pay £1000 per pension for financial advise, which I wasn't going to, but amazing that the FA wanted that

I was struggling to get travel insurance as I was on a waiting list for knee surgery. Once my medical history had been taken, money helper were brilliant in directing me to several companies who would insure me.

Overall very satisfied with appointment & time given, explaining discussing the 6 options for your pension - clearly setting out how each work. Good guidance for anything you have missed or required to check within your own pensions & providers. Really its all learning & picking anything you may have not known or fully understood before. Overall very valuable information!

Very knowledgeable advisor explained everything I needed to know.

Although I had to wait about 4 weeks for my appt, the session was worthwhile and helpful. The guidance was clear and easy to understand.

Free of charge and can be used as many times as required. The call was not rushed: the adviser had plenty of time to go through the information and my questions in detail. The information provided was comprehensive and very clearly explained. I was given lots of additional information about other Money Helper resources i.e. on the website. Overall I was surprised and delighted with how worthwhile and valuable the service is

No one contacted me

I contacted Moneyhelper when a previous employer was insisting I take financial advice in order to withdraw from their scheme. Moneyhelper quickly provided me with the information I needed to challenge my employer, who immediately caved in.

They gave clear advice on pension rules and answered all my questions on matters I needed to know about. I used the WebChat service and it worked really well.

I know nothing about pensions and saw an ad for Pension Wise so thought I'd give them a try. I rang to make a telephone appointment and the Advisor rang exactly on time and asked me security questions set up during my first call to arrange the meeting so I knew it wasn't a scam call. My Advisor, Sarah, was lovely and incredibly patient and clear, explaining and repeating things if I wasn't too sure. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend AND it's a free service.

Definitely worth waiting for the call especially if you’re confused about various different pension options. The advisor was very clear and easy to understand
