I received my parcel within the expected time frame in good condition, finding that the item I had chosen was exactly as described on your website. I'm very pleased with my purchase, the payment options provided and the efficient international shipping through DHL.

They will withhold your refund indefitely with no help from customer service.

I ordered Over the Knee Isabel Marant boots, a Le Nine bag and a Tory Burch bag in early January and ended up returning all items. Here are my issues:

*number 5 is the worst...

1. They packaged the large heavy shoe box in an extra large package to accommodate the shoes, but the two hand bags were just thrown in loose. There was a lot of empty space for the items to move around and the bags were not in their own boxes, only had a thin layer of tissue paper wrapped around them. It was laughable.

2. The actual shoe box for the shoes was damaged and ripped. They did email telling me that that's how it would come though.

3.If you make a return, a pick up date is scheduled for you, I wasn't able to choose when, so I had to make sure I was available on that day.

4. They gave me wrong return instructions and my package got sent back to me so I had to make myself available for a second time for another pick up. (They had me print 1 return invoice, but you have to print 3 return invoices to hand to the carrier.)

5. They received the item back on February 10th and I received the refund for the two bags on the 14th. I reached out to ask about the shoes and they said that they're in quality control because they "don't meet the conditions for return." And that there will be a final answer they'll inform me about. ??

I asked about a general time frame. They just repeated a generic response about informing me after quality control. I asked if it was because of the shoe box being damaged and attached the email Monnier Freres sent to me regarding such. I got the same generic response.

So I waited two more weeks, same generic response.

It's now been a month, I ask again for any info or a time frame. Same generic response is given to me. Really, it's almost word for word the same response each time.

So the same day, today, I chatted with a live person. And they also give the same generic response, and so quickly that it's obvious they didn't even look into it. And when pressed further, they say they can't actually talk to the warehouse and IF they did they'd be told the same thing they're telling me. ?? 1.) Which is it? 2.) What kind of operation are you running that you can’t talk to your warehouse? What happens if they deem that I don’t get a refund? Do I get a reason why? What if that isn’t satisfactory to me? Apparently, I won’t be able to get the customer rep to ask them for details, to ask them anything.

So either they can’t and theirbusiness model sucks or they won’t and they have bad customer service. Either way, you're put out.

I would have appreciated it if they found out if the issue is the shoe box, because that has a reason and in that case my refund should be issued right away. Or maybe the shoes got forgotten somewhere and it just needs to be pointed out to them. Because I can't see how you can make an initial judgment that the condition of the shoes isn't up to par, but then need a month or more to figure out if you should give me my refund or not.

*******At this point it feels like they're just holding my money hostage. I sent the item back in the condition I received. I have no info on why they say it doesn't meet conditions for a refund, NOR understand why they're then still debating whether to give me a refund or not. And no one has any clue on how long it should take, typically takes or even if it's taking longer than usual or not.

Don’t give such a place your money. They’re not selling anything that you can’t get at plenty of other places.
